Although I've used a couple Macs here and there (and would like to try Linux) I've currently only used Windows on our home computer. I've used 95, millenium and XP pro over the years and even though I think XP is a great OS, I haven't always been such a big windows fan. When my parents first bought this computer, it came with one of the worse OS out there; Millenium. Computer crashed constantly all because Microsoft rushed to release the OS by the new millennia. Lucky for me, I wasn't stuck with that OS forever as we eventually upgraded to XP. I'll be happy with the computer as long as it can run all my graphic design programs. =)

Yeah, millenium is crap. The fact that they rushed like that cost the OS an enormous amount of bugs and an overall lower performance.

If you ask me, the biggest milestone of mr. Gates's company was windows 98, XP is just a better looking version (okay, maybe not just that). 98 was "da bomb"!
