Let's see...
I know English.. since well, it's my 'native tongue'. Then I've taken two years of American Sign Language - yes, it is a language if anyone asks. Then I know some Italian and Japanese. Italian was learned from my grandparents and Japanese... well, fansubbed anime. ^_^;; Oh - and then this pass semester in my English I learned over 250 Greek and Latin roots/pre-fixes if that counts. ^_^;;
As for what I want to learn... I want to expand my ASL skills (since they've been going downhill lately). And later on I want to learn to speak/read Italian and/or Japanese fluently. And perhaps Spanish as well - since it's somewhat becoming a requirment for many jobs where I live currently.

LOL, I've learned a bunch of japanese words using that "method"!
If I can remember, I've learned "baka", "shiranai", "konichiwa", "oi", "su", "gozaimasu", "arigatou", "sayonara", "ano", "dai jogu (sp?)", "otosama", "mukasa", and a few others.
One language I'd love to learn is German. I think its so nice the way it sounds. Oh, and russsian, because its funny. ^__^

I know English, a little bit of Japanese (I have been slacking off with my studies..... I just don't have time anymore...). I'll be taking Latin next year*. Hopefully, I'll be learning Egyptian Arabic* this month, and I study day and night Ancient Egyptian Old, Middle, and New Kingdom Hieroglyphs*, which I will be going more in depth with.
*-Absolutely need to have for my college major/minor. ^_^

Yes, you live in California, right? I lived in Northridge area (I was in the epicenter of the 94 quake ) until I moved to Pennsylvania, so while Spanish isn't necessary, there are some places where you really need to know your espa
