Anyone who has pets has seen them do stupid/ cute things on occasion. At my house, our animals are so retarded that something hilarious happens almost daily. What about you guys? What pets do you have, and what do they do that makes you smile?
My pets are:
*One VERY overwieght black and white cat (she's officially my cat).
*One small gray cat who is so hyper that she makes me wonder if that's what a chipmunk would act like after a huge cup of double-shot espresso. (glad to say that she's officially my sister's cat)
*A Shetland Sheepdog (AKA Shelty) that has only grown about six inches in the five years she's been alive. That's right, she's a midget, and she's my dad's dog.
*And finally, one basset hound who is so retarded that I've actually seen her get into a fight with herself and lose. (Tried to wrestle her tail, bit it, and ran off yelping. Moron. ) Thank god my mom can claim that train wreck as her own.
What do they do that's funny? Let's see, the basset hound's most recent shining moment is listed above. My fat cat, well, she has no center of gravity. I've seriously seen her be standing on the counter, tilt her head, and fall off. She tries to jump on the counter, misses, and clothslines herself on the edge. My gray cat once came into the room, meowed the wierdest meow I've ever heard (it sounded like she was practicing the vocal scales) and promptly deposited a hairball on the living room rug. My shelty? She runs into walls and barks at inanimate objects almost every day.

I have three dogs.
Pepper the overweight, black/brown labrador. Shes my best friend ever. Shes really lazy and never plays with me anymore because the other dogs interfere when we play and she hates them. I used to think she was just a common ignornant dog, until she saved my life last year when my moms boyfriend's dog attacked me while I was on a swing. She might have cancer though...I really hope not, because shes the most trustworthy friend I ever had.
Baby the german shepard. Shes worse than a puppy. She tears up EVERYTHING, especially the trash. She even pooped on the landing this morning, and my mom is in a bad mood now. She also came into my room when I was at school one time and ate my baby gerbil. If I had the choice I'd get rid of her, but I can't. (Shes also the dog who attacked me when I was swinging.)
Harley the black german shepard. While he is not as bad as Baby, hes still vicious to strangers and almost jumped through the window and attacked my grandma and cousins. He also lays on the landing in the middle of the night in front of my door she I trip over him.
As you can see, I've lost my love for dogs thanks to those stupid german shepards, but I can't do anything about them.

I have 5 pets. 1 dog, 4 cats. Yes, life can be tragic when I go into the garage where the cats live, to see my puppy trying to chew on my fluffy kitten. For my dog, that time of day is called "Run...or die...". My puppy roams the household, chewing up a lot of toilet paper. My cats are so dumb they try to go into my room to cuddle up with me, only to rush under the bed, fearing for their life, thinking my puppy will eat them. That really ticks the humans off when that happens, 'cause someone might get hurt...like me. I have a brief thing to tell you about my pets...
Julliette the mini schnauzer...She is truely my best friend in the whole world. I always believe that she is a child of mine. She may love to tear up things, like to chase my cats, have razor-sharp teeth that she loves to bite me with, and barks at every single human being alive that is not me or the other people in my family, but she is still the best thing you could wish for. She is 1 year old. Right now she is squaking the living daylights out of a fluffy cotton bone.
Simon the korat (I think...). He is a very lean, but not mean, cuddling machine. He knows how to fight back if Julliette tries to beat him up, but no one gets hurt. I remember a trick he used to do before he started living in the garage. Simon would go in a kitchen drawer and pop out a complety different one. I still think he is a little retarted though. He is 3 years old.
Whiskers the korat was a midget until she turned one years old. She was lazy, but not very fat. She acts stupid a lot, but she knows what she means. Hisses a lot. 1 year old, but older than Julliette.
Racheal the fluffy korat kitten is very social, but always ends up the victim when Julliette goes out to play. She has never been hurt though. Her age is unknown, when we first noticed she and her sister were around, their eyes were already open.
Flea the short-haired korat's name means well. She does scratch herself a lot, and ever since her first meeting with Julliette, she flees a lot. She is hard to catch, and always acts as if she drunk coffee 3 times in a row.
My sibling calls her Milkshakes....odd. Age also unknown.

I have a Golden Retreiver (age 2), and although he's affectionate and cute, he hates fireworks. A few days ago he snapped one in half, and in the process got his fur scorched. if he can't reach it he'll try to the best of his abilities: Brking and jumping. Now we put him in the bathroom temporarily while we're doing fireworks , somehow, if he's on the right side of it, he can even open doors

The me has six pets - two dogs (Tucker and Mycroft; I've got pictures) and four rabbits (Bunzie, Gracie, Rabbit, and Evil Snowball).
Here's what the rabbits look like:
Bunzie - large, brown/white
Gracie - blueish-gray, speckled
Rabbit - small, black/white
Evil Snowball - medium-sized, albino (white fur, red eyes)
Evil Snowball's name came from the facts that she's white and almost bit my mom when my mom picked her up for the first time... o_o
Now, the dogs.
Tucker, a few months ago: http://i6.tinypic.com/1z5huut.png
Mycroft, in December: http://i6.tinypic.com/1z5htfo.png
Tucker's pure Doxen, and Mycroft's a chihuahua/doxen mix.
Tucker and Mycroft are total idiots. Examples of what they do:
- Tucker will run and dive under the couch, but sometimes he misses and whaps his head off of the front of the couch
- Mycroft will run up and bite Tucker when he's sleeping, so Tucker chases him around
- At the slightest noise, they'll both start barking. Now, Tucker's bark is like a squeaky toy, and Mycroft's is... well... like a deep chihuahua bark. Scary...
- Tucker's like a slinky, so trying to pick him up/hold him is a bit difficult
- Mycroft'll try to jump on the couch, but since he's a little heavy, he'll end up hanging onto the edge of the couch by his front paws...
Meh, they're cute, so... ^_^

I have two parakeets (budgies.)
One is a male named Poof because he's so... well.... poofy.
The other is a female named Rascal because she is one.
They are NOT tame. I dunno why I even keep them, I wanna give them away.
I used to have four but another girl named Cookie died and the ONLY tame one of the bunch, Kelper, mysteriously dissapeared. I'm not lying. The same day I saw Cookie keeled over, Kelper was nowhere to be seen, nor found.
I also have a Pomeranian named Rollo. He is very small and very puffy. oO
He barks VERY loud whenever he hears keys clanging because he knows we're about to leave.
Finally, there's a Quaker Parakeet named Charlie I'm babysitting for my friend. He's tame, but not if he doesn't know you. He's adorable, he mimics whatever noises he can...

I have a doggy named trixie she is a west-highland terrier and a cat named Froddo she is a tabby cat. They sleep in the same keenal (speling?) I had two guinea pigs but they died a hint is buy treated hay, dont get it farm fresh because spores will cause its lungs too colpase and you wil find it flatened on the morning of your birthday/grandmother's death anniversary. That was a little aside the point but I used too had some budgies but the female killed the males we bought and then chocked to death.

Sounds like an incident I had with two gerbils... I thought my dad was feeding them (he wasn't - I was supposed to...), and one day I went down and the one was eating the other 0_o

I have a single cat named Sally that hisses and tries to bite everybody within 5 feet of her excluding my family. My friend affectionately dubbed her "RABID CAT"...she bit him in the gum and got me in the elbow-we had bent down not knowing she was there getting a piece of paper. I don't think that's her idea of kissing...
Now, she lounges on the couch with her legs rigidly erect 90 degrees. My God, she is insane. Did I mention she almost pt out my left eye? I was playing Solitaire with myself and she pounced.

The dog isn't much of an improvement, her name is Crystal (an all white husky) and she goes to the bathroom every 30 seconds :/, which I also have to clean up.
I don't like my pets, even though they AREN'T MINE. YES C.J., I MEAN YOU, GET OUT OF MY ROOM.
And those are my pets.

I have a Lab/Chow dog. One thing that had me on my back laughing was when my glass door got jammed and he thought it was open so he ran right into it. A classic. NOTE: He didn't hurt himself because his skull is made of titanium  . If he had gotten hurt, then I wouldn't think it was as funny.

Well, first of all, my brother has a very fat gray cat with the white stomach, paws etc. Her name is Yoshi, and she's really evil. She almost always comes to you when you call her name, it's really funny. Also, sometimes my mom takes Yoshi outside on our back porch on a leash for some time (like a half an hour or so).
Also, I have a cat that has the same colors as yoshi, but is skinnier and is really afraid of everything, her name is smokey. Once, I just held up my glass of whatever to go walk somewhere else while I was in my kitchen, then smokey came by. She looked up at my cup, wide eyed, her fur started to fuzz, she was in the position to run away. Then I move the cup a little closer to her in mid air, and she runs like crazy. Yeesh, it's just a cup for crying out loud... Also, i have this one beanbag chair that both my cats are afraid of. So sometimes, Yoshi sits on my usual seat on our couch, so I try in vain to lift her lardy rolls. So after a few failed attempts, I juust go over and get the beanbag chair, hold it above her like two feet, and she instantly notices, and runs like mad. It's an easy way to claim my seat... now if only my irritating older brother worked like that...
Also, I have a hamster (which is supposedly my brother's, but he just ignores him even more than I do, and I'll explain why in a bit). His name is Cream. He's a white Syberian Dwarf hamster with gray spots on him, he's also pretty fat, even for a dwarf hamster. So he looks so cute, in a chubby ball while he's eating or something, so you attempt to pet him... SQUEAK!! He attacks you and rips off your hand, okay not really that bad, but it still hurts alot. But sadly he's getting old, so he kinda let his ever vigilant hamster instincts down somewhat, so now we can at least interact with him in the least bit now adays.
we also used to have another hamster, who used to officially be mine. He was also a dwarf hamster just like cream. He was a bit smaller than cream, and he was brown with white fluff on his stomach. Yet he died on christmas eve (creepy...) last year (2005). His name was cookie, he was really nice though. WAAAH!!! WHY DID HE HAVE TO GO!?!?!
