I found out from a friend in school this awesome website that archives billions of pages on the internet. Web Archive
Anyway, I typed in psypoke.com and there were many archived pages. Here's one from about the time that I joined. Psypoke A lot of the links still work. You can even check out the front page of the old EZ Board.
Come on, veteran members, come here and reminisce about what Psypoke used to be like.

*sigh* Bash the Diglett... brings a tear to my eye..
But seriously, this is nostalgia at its greatest, so thanks, TCM. Might I add that the new site looks soo much nicer than the old one Ah, this brings back so many ancient, ancient memories...

lol... I have that bookmarked :X
Yeah, the old site was good.. but Abra K put too many spam and ads on it, which was a pity. It did however rake in the hits and things like the Online Gym Leader battles sold the site to everyone.. so when you google Psypoke now you still get "I won these badges at Psypoke's Online Gym!". And of course, trivia, *sigh*
Those days were great, but I like today better

OMG! *SPAZZES!!* Side-by-Side! Old Trivia Scores - woah, hey I got a point ^_^ - a whole ton of stuff! This is going under my favorites! That is so cool! ^_^ Ah - the old trivia nights where there was at least 20 people in there jabbering by the second, and DM or Kirb or Dave somehow swept trivia (Nova too? AH NOVA! TT__TT). Err yeah ^^;; the old times, the old members, everything.
Thanks TCM.

Yea, I agree, the new site is so much better than the old one, but I wish we had all of the old members back that left.

If you wanted to, you could see if any of the old members have e-mail addresses on there, if they do, you can try e-mailing them.
That is if they haven't changed their e-mail address.
It would also be nice to see some from the other forum (one before last, one I joined), I mean it would be nice to see sNOwball and a couple others.
I found the forum on there.

NGOH! For a second there I thought it might have actually archived the Chronicles! Does anyone still have ANY of those left? Yeah, a lot of our writers are gone, but it'd still be cool to bring them back...

Oh wow....that brings back so many memories
I think that was about when I started going to the boards, but I used to visit the site a bit back from then.
This is just crazy.
Isnt there a site dedicated to the Chronicles?
Ahh yes: http://www.geocities.com/deadeyedave2902/
Dave obviously set it up a long time ago, with help of various others.
I really wish we had something like that set up for this "generation" of Psypokes....Ive actually thought about it a couple times recently.

The Chronicles live! Should we maybe migrate them over to the main site? Geocities shuts down if you don't update after a while....

The rating system in the past is slightly better off than now in my opinion. Two rating centres, one belonging to Worldorder while the other was started by papersun and Kasiya, may have led to some repetition but it added an element of competition between the two teams of raters. Also, though psycho_freak is an excellent rater, in the past there were more raters around more frequently so the place was always lively.

Geeze, that brings back memories. Didn't Abra K turn out to be some kind of drug dealer or something?
Brings back memories...
