Post subject:  What I did last week *56K Warning*

Some of you probably didn't see my post that said I was leaving for a week. During that week, an internet friend of mine came to visit me, and we had an awesome time. Most of the time, we just sat and played video games. He owned me at Smash Bros. I got some videos, but I can't find anywhere to upload them. I might have them up soon, but you can just contact me on if you want it. My AIM is: sacredskullkid

I was able to upload one video, because it was small. If anyone ever heard of "Star Wars kid", you'll see this is where I got that from. The staff was some TMNT toy I got at a yard sale for 25 cents.

And now, it's time for a bunch of pictures. He had a 1337 camera, so we took a lot of pictures. I'm posting just about all of them.

The porch. This is where we played all of my games. Notice all of my 1337 toys in the background (they're actually my nephew's and neice's toys)

Our GBA's. Mine is platinum and his is green. We were playing Four Swords Adventures.

Another picture of NiGHTS (I opened it and finally played it; awesome game!).

We got 100% on that file, but forgot to take a screen shot.

My SNES games.

All of them on the floor...

All of them layed out nicely. BTW, my NES games weren't pictured because it would cover just about my whole house.

Nice. Sounds and looks like you had a lot of phone. I didn't know anyone had that many gaming systems and games themselves. But all better to ya.

That's really cool. I also met an internet friend once, back in 2003. He actually used to be a very active member here at Psypoke, until a certain fallout with the Elite Four... I met him before that though. I was visiting my uncle (and aunt) in New Jersey, and it happened to be that he lived no further than an hour's drive away. So I went over to his house, and of course we traded Pokemon (I had Sapphire, he had Ruby), ate some pizza, played some video games, saw a movie... It was a blast.

Sounds really cool and fun. The only negative thing I have to say is... I don't like cats very much :P

Heh, I'm allergic to cats... ^_^; Anyway...

Glad you had a good time and wow! :o That's a lot of video games! I had played some of those before, but a lot of those games I haven't seen them before. NiGHTS is a fun game! I played it at my friend's house before because she has a Sega Saturn. Also, I've never seen a green GBA before. ^_^ It looks cool.

Welcome back SK, it looked like you had fun. I would love if a Internet friend would come visit me, but pretty much all of them live on the East Coast, while I live in Oregon.

He lives in Cape May Court House, unless he moved since I visited. It was two years ago after all, so anything's possible.

Well, I only rented it, but it is a very fun game.

pokemaster, we get a lot of good yard sales around here. Heck, only last year, someone was selling Final Fantasy 3, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, Super Metroid, Secret of Mana, and a few more for only $3. You better believe I pounced on that deal.

At least, 5 of the pictures were broken links, but its probably due to my internet connection.

Geez, what a messy room you've got there! And look at all those SNES! Man, you should sell them, save a bit more money and buy a new and more updated console, like, PS3 or Revolution, when they come out.

Heh, you did fall intentionally, there, Star Wars Kid, didn't you? Well, I guess I can't do that acrobacy with my broom... :P

By the way, welcome back.

I got two of them. :P

Probably the only thing I'll get is a Revolution. The other systems don't interest me at all. I'm more of a retro guy (obviosly from seeing the pics :P ).

BTW, I just picked up 74 NES games today. That means I now have 227 NES games. :x

I'll see if I can take some pictures tomarrow.

EDIT: Here's the other videos. They might or might not work. The first one is 3 of our SSBM matches that we were able to record. The second one is of me owning Area 6 on Star Fox 64 (one of the hardest levels to get a ribbon on). The third one is one of our favorite SF64 sayings, so we just recorded me owning him too.

No workie.

Try Rapidshare or YouSendIt, even though the second one you'll have to keep reuploading because the file gets deleted after 25 downloads.

I'm not sure. I only have 2 power adaptors for it... maybe I have 3.

I'll have to check and see, but I'm not sure if I want to sell one or not. I tried them and some seem to act better than others at times.

Besides, I'm thinking about customizing some of them.

Ebay and a lot of good yard sales. ;)

Bob, I might be able to help you out then. How much are you willing to buy one for? Remember, there will be a shipping price too.

Looks like you had a great time. The cats are cute, and you have a lot of electrical appliances.
