uhh im not into rap, it might be a different style or genre but there is almost never any musicality in it, there tons of "artists" out there but there are little to no true musicians who play in a band

I don't have a favourite artist in particular because usually I'll like a few songs but not the rest.

e.g. I like Meet Me Half Way and I've Got a Feeling by the Black-eyed Peas btu I didn't really like anything after that.

I like Just the Way you are by Bruno Mars but rather dislike the Lazy Song.

I'm quite into random Japanese music from anime intros and outros.

I really love Metal and Rock, but I also listen Pop artists like Natasha Bedingfield and Sara Bareilles.
My favorite bands are Evanescence, Nigthwish, Rhapsody of Fire, Krypteria, Within Temptation, Haggard, Diablo Swing Orchestra, Celtic Woman Dream Theater, and any others. Except for Dream Theater, almost every bands that I like are Symphonic Metal bands.
I also like to hear some Classical music like Mozart, Beethoven, etc.
I used to listen Black Music, but now I'm not listening to it so much.

Favourite artists?

They Might Be Giants. Best band ever, no doubt...in my mind.

I also like Billy Joel and R.E.M. Basically I like alternative and classic rock. I also like some of other genres, but no super-heavy metal or any rap. And DEFINITELY no Justin Bieber or any other of those "musicians". (e.g., Bieber, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato...-shudder-)
