In the spirit of reviving things of Psypoke's past, and simply to give me something to do, I'm thinking of trying to revive Psypoke Script, and do a decent job of it this time. However, I've been using the script so long that I've got it set so that it works with my settings. I have no idea if other settings work, I know a lot of stuff is incomplete, and many features will likely crash when used. I need people to find these many bugs for me. I need beta testers, basically. People who can log errors in enough detail for me to be able to locate the problems and fix them. This will be hard work. I coded the main backend of this thing when I was 12. I added most of the stuff when I was 13, and did a slight revision recently to clean things up a bit, but a lot more needs to be done.

So, I need people who have mIRC and are willing to hunt for bugs. I also need people who have ideas for things to add to the script. And, I'd like more voiceclips for the "PPS Theme" that plays at start-up. Once you hear it, you'll understand. Yes, most of those clips are provided by actual Psypokes. Most of the ones that aren't are from the movie "Clue," a personal favorite of mine. Yes, the clips are supposed to be funny using randomness, but some work together, such as Homer Simpson saying "Oh yeah, drugs; you gotta have drugs" followed by our own Tom saying "That's bloody brilliant!" or, a clip from Clue of "'Well you tell him it's not true!' 'Is that true?' 'Nah, that's not true!' 'Aha! So it is true!' 'A double-negative!' 'Double-negative? You mean you have photographs!?!?' 'That sounds like a confession to me.. in fact, the double-negative has led to prove-possitive! I'm afraid you gave yourself away!'" followed by me simply uttering a "Meh..."

So, if I can get a few brave souls willing to run the script on their copy of mIRC, I'll try to bring PPS back, and make it good this time. Let me know if you're interested...

I remeber when i had the version that was available to download from psypoke.org Keep me updated i'll like to download the complete version, or the beta im using the java now.

What are the system requierments?

Well, I had it running on a P2 333MHz with 128MB of PC100 at first.. it'll take a little more to make it run well now, but not much. 500MHz and 256MB of PC133 should work fine.
