3/10... it has good shading, and its a good idea, but the sprite is plain, it doesn't look like a pokemon, let alone a eeveelution. You need to work on this.

For a first try at scratching its not too bad. It helps immensely to make a sketch of what you want the sprite to look like underneath first, if you didn't.
The idea is nice, though and the colours are nice too.
Maybe think up a slightly more original name, though. Metaleon is a little plain, don't you think? There's heaps and heaps of metals you could use for inspiration. Alumineon, maybe?

But keep it up, won't you? I think you have lots of potential and you could be really good.

What i would do is take an evee evolution and reshape, and recolor it til i get what i was thinking of. or at least the next best thing. But i've only been spriting for about half a year so what would i know?
