Woah. Those are the best yet. 10/10. Wonderful job.
I'd choose the 1st one, since the text is better imo. I adore both of them, though.

I really like both of them, but I chose Burning Fury because I have a thing against Hypno... =/

You did a great job on both so it is a tough choice.
I would go with Burning Fury because it looks fantastic.
Hypnotic... is good too but it seems like it would get old after awhile.

Burning Fury, it has a larger colour field. And the render is better.

I saw a couple of your sigs, Agent Waffles, and I was spurned to make a new one!
I made the backround 100% by myself, using different brushes, blurs and bump mapping (only just found out how to do that!).
Yeah, I know the render REALLY sucks. I'm off to eat breakfast, and when I return, I'll make a new one.
Edit: And here it is:
I think I'll keep it for a while.

Love the Mewtwo one, but the second one is a bit...yeah. I couldn't read the "its" at first, but hell, they're better than anything I could ever make!
