Mega cool Mega Horn! I love Deoxys, it looks so sinister... and the text kind of reitterates that (God, my spelling fell out the window there...) 9.9/10 - The -0.1 was taken away from me not falling from my chair from shock at its wonder and *BLING* - nesss. But yeah, pretty. |

Looks sweet! I think that you could have brought out the bg a little more, but it looks cool otherwise! What program did you use? The border looks like you just did a lighten technique... Maybe you should make one of those for the upcomming contest... |

Um, I used GIMP. I didn't like the text, so I'm going to edit this post with another sig and a edited version of that one. EDIT: 
Meh. Other one... 
I have to admit, that was the best sig I have ever made. anymore comments? |
