This sig has animated rain in it - as I hope you can see. (If you can't, get new glasses/ get a prescription (sp?)

Yeah, you are right, I know it's missing a little something, the text and the border. I didn't really feel like making good text; because this was just a test.
Anyways, it's EXTREMELY easy to make animations on GIMP. You just make different frames for each part of the animations, optimize it for GIF, and save as gif. Easy... |
