This isn't really a story. A story is made of 3 basic elements: plot, characters and setting. I don't know anything about the characters, I don't know where or when it takes place, and nothing really happened.

Assuming you want to write a story, you need a clear introduction, which starts us off with all 3 of the aforementioned elements. Introducing your characters and plot will also contribute to your chapter length, which should be significantly longer than a few short lines. Even a couple paragraphs could do it well. You used Red, known as the playable character in Pokemon Red and Blue. Even if your characters are recognizeable by the general Pokemon community, they still need at least minimal development. Red has no set personality traits (other than interest in Pokemon), so we need to know something about him.

Preferably, the beginning of the story should be in the first post. Instead, you gave the smallest tidbit of what the story would be about and an application for guest stars (IMO, the story should start before guest stars are accepted). This application even sounds more like a character bio for a roleplay than an application.

Considering this, you thought story when you really wanted a roleplay. Though, the only differences between a story and roleplay are that the participants (posters) take an active role in the story, and that roleplay is written by said participants. Even then, roleplay requires people to advance the plot in their writings.
