The Emoticons are listed on the left when you post or, Code: :D :) :( :o :shock: :? 8) :lol: :x :P :oops: :cry: :evil: :twisted: :roll: :wink: :!: :?: :idea: :arrow: :| :mrgreen:       8)  :x      :roll:       
Most people make Banners in Photoshop on here and most people use Paint Programs or Picture Editors to make Sprites. |

They are called Animated Gifs, you need a program called a GIF Animator to make them, basically the Animator plays the frames (pictures) you put in it (Like a movie or a cartoon). If you want a glowing one like mine, feel free to request one in the Graphics Section. |

I think the GIMP 2.0 thing is an animator, it's the only free one I can think right now, maybe you could search for another if GIMP doesn't work. EDIT: Personally I like Paint better for an editor, though GIMP also works as an Animator. |
