That wasn't a failed attempt, in fact the shading is good. The head of Rayquaza seems a little weird though; perhaps it could be made longer, and also more intimidating. Good job overall :P

Mmm, I made it a bit unaccurate, I'll make other drawings of Rayquaza to, It's so cool 8)
