I spent hours on it, first off getting the anatomy of the body right, I used some other gif's of running wolfs and dogs as reference for each frame, but mainly drew them myself.
Then I did the highlights and shadows on the body, continuing with the mouth, eyes, horns, and the back (

[Pokemaniac!]
That's really good JD! I love it! Great job there! Perfect outlines. Now just for a little work on the shading.
It's utely awesome. Really. I'd just edit the shading a little, and then it'd be perfect.
[Also, the feet don't have bones around them]

Thanks for the nice comments, and I left the bones around his feet away on purpose( I mentioned ), I guess it's pretty hard to make them there ( on such small canvas ) and about the shading, where do you want me to add more ? I used the same type of shading as in the houndoom sprites, maybe give me some techniques? My guess is that only the feet look a bit flat.

Exellent!
Kryten already stated the exact two qualms I had with the sprite. Give it some improved shading, and give it some bonecuffs or whatever they are, and you'll have a Grade Yay sprite, there!
For shading, it's a bit wonky right now; the shading looks like the light is... Bouncing... everywhere, or something.
