My first hand-drawn, computer-colored drawing of a pokemon. Also the first drawing that I bothered to use shading on. I'm aware that the shading is messed up. Its bad quality because I don't have a scanner, just a digital camera
Any suggestions?

I can faintly see that it is taken with a camera, still very cute though, what more can I say

Its good! I give it a 7/10. Maybe make it a bit fatter and do some more shading (under the arms?). The eye could be changed a bit but hey! I'm no expert!

Its good.
When the tummy lines arent perfectly straight, the shading is more, given out and in other places, and its scanned, it'll be perfect.
I comment not on 'what has it got', I comment on, 'what has it not got'.
Enough shading. Maybe even shading in the right place.
The fat stomach look. (Just need cruved stomach lines is all.
It's pretty much great. Well done. 7/10
Things i'd do:
Rub out the right dangly head thing, ear/antennae, dont care, maybe redo with a bit more fat, the black lines join as you can see.
And maybe, i'd shade the inside of the wings.
It's great though.

I think you should work on proportion, I can tell it's a Dragonite and it's adorable...with its huge eye how can't you want to hug it?
I'll point out four specific things. Work on the muzzle, to make it look more like the actual thing you can shade lightly or use a broken line. The eye needs some work. Make the stomach lines curved like an elipse, Dragonite is pretty much round so the lines will follow the curve. And I don't think the tale is long enough.
That's good for your first one, keep at it!

I really like it! The antenna's are a bit weird, but i know how hard it is to draw on the computer, so 9/10
