They're really good. Sooo cuute. Is charmanders eye green  ?
Maybe try adding some yellow into charmanders tail flame. |

Those are very good! To me, I think they would blend right into Ruby/Sapphire. I like how Charmander has a green eye, on account of green and red being complimentary colours. His fire could use a little yellow in it, maybe, for some variation. And yes, the outlines could look better a little darker, but I like them a lot nonetheless
