I made these two mostly from scratch. By that I mean, I used the colours from the Advanced Gen. sprites and based the pose on the Neo-Revelation card of Suicune, but I did all the editing and drawing of the sprite my self.

I'd never done anti-ailiasing on a sprite before, it was fun! I wanted it to look like it could blend into the new generation but look more elegant than the current sprite. I know its purple/blue hair thing doesn't look like it does in the game, I wanted it to look softer, more flowy and more like hair.

I'm thinking of doing Entei and Raikou based on their cards from the same set, too. If I do, I'll add them here. I intend to use the shiny Suicune as an avatar but if you ask me and give me credit, you can use the regular one :)

Please tell me what you think!

He's not as graceful as Suicune, but I like how he came out! Again, you can use them as long as you credit me for them. Shiny Suicune is now up fo usage/grabs, same rule applies.

ZOMG! Thats an awesome scratch sprite. One of the best I've seen. It definetly looks more elegant than the regular sprite. What program do you use for spriting?

Thank you! I'm glad you like them!

I just use MS Paint- I could use Photoshop, but I find Paint is better for pixels because its so much simpler to use.

I must say that is one of the best scratch sprite I ever seen. I give it a 9/10. Please do a entei and a raikou scratch that would be great.

That is truly brilliant work. It's soft, it's elegant, perfect shading, the colors are just right, the mane is gorgeous - absolutely brilliant work all over.

And you know, if you feel like doing one for the Delta Flareon card, I won't stop you :wink: *hint hint*

That's awesome, I love it. the way you colored it is just amazing. though the pose would'nt fit the battle screen ( they always have to pose towards the opponent ) and it's just to good for a gamefreak sprite :lol: , Killer job, I envy you :mad: :P

Naahh.. Its 76x61 :( Would have looked great as an Avatar. You'd have to crop 6 pixels ;)

That .is. amerzing.
Extrodinary work, more graceful looking and elegant, excellent shading and coloring, much better than a Game Freak sprite.
All I can tell you is not to work for them, you're too good for them to handle. :D

You don't have to make a new one. Take it into Photoshop and just resize it so that way it's large enough.
