Steelven was hard against the ground. He looked up, only to see a massacre of energy, colors, and smoke streaming in the room.

Ahhhh! This...so...powerful...

Before he knew it, Steelven's face was burning with pain. I gotta cover my face...must activate helmet... Steelven reached his right hand to try and activate his helmet on the control panel on his left arm.

But pressure began to collect in his body, and a section of his armor burst open. Steelven let out a shrill yell. Some of his organs were now exposed. Suit failure...lower right abdomen area...I don't know if I can hold out with all these strange effects going on.

Havec got to her knees, spreading out a wing to keep the worst of the smoke off Steelven. The ruins of the table, shot through and burned, stood between them and the door. "Chaos, this place is probably toxic, if not radioactive. You should get out and make sure no students enter the area."

The air its self seemed to be flashing, which probably wasn't a good sign. "Steelven, can you move?" She kept her wing up as she examined his suit, running her right arm over him to check for damage and power failure. A quick click on his left arm activated his face mask's breathing apparatus and air control, but she wasn't sure what to do about the other panel that had opened, apparently cut off from his cybernetics' power source.

"No." Aven protested, shaking his scaly head, "we came here to investigate, and I want to see who these people are. You can run, but I'm not going to."

Aven pushed past the bounty hunter, and when he was a little ahead he said, barely audibly, "just like a bounty hunter. Acting noble, and powerful, but as soon as he sticks his head in something remotely dangerous he turns his tail and flees. Bloody cowards."

Raziel watched Aven continue into the vent.

<I don't really have a choice, I can't leave him here> Raziel thought as he crawled into the vent after Aven.

"Psst! Aven! We need to be careful about this, these vents are probably crawling with Scouter Droids" Raziel hissed.

Looking at all that he had just done, Chaos was paralyzed in fear.

"W-w-what h-happened," he stuttered

Able to move again, he reached for the lightsaber he had used to assault Havec. Now singed from recent events it was barely recognizeable until the bright orange blade was ignited. Holding it up to his throat, he paused.

((A nice finish to the destructive state.))

Steelven's vision was beginning to get blurry. "Can't...see..." Steelven's head was ticking like a bomb, it was so frantic.

Suit optimacy:40%...Suit strength:50%...Suit defense:70%...Fatality risk:35%...not good...

Steelven tried to make out what was going on. But all he could see now was what looked like Chaos holding an orange blade. He couldn't be...what I think he is...?

Steelven tried to ask what was happening. But all that came out of his mouth was blood.

Havec leaned in closer to Steelven, keeping an eye on his vitals with both her sith senses and her (rather convenient, in the long run) robotic right hand. "Just hang on, my dearest" she whispered to him, and planted a quick kiss on his face mask.

Chaos' mind was... well, in a state of chaos. She knew she couldn't talk him down from it while terrified herself, so she resolved to keep him working until they were all out safely, so he wouldn't have time to mull over the situation too much. "Chaos, can you hear me?" She spoke loudly, but wasn't quite yelling. "Something was controlling you. Its powers collided with my shielding, and the result was volatile. We all need to get out of here, but I need you to clear a path to Steelven so we can move him out. Can you help me do that?"

((Ahem...the Sith Temple is not like that. If a hole bursts in the Temple wall, you don't get sucked out into space. In case I've failed to describe the asteroid before, the Sith Temple is shielded under a constant energy dome. The dome covers all areas around the Temple, except the spacecraft garage. [where all the ships and other spacecraft are; a.k.a. the docking bay] However, this dome isn't visible, nor does it block out solid matter. All it really does is supply consisent oxygen and keep gravity within. And please don't start an argument saying 'How in the world can a dome do that? It's impossible!'; I'd rather not care about how and why the dome does those things. It just lets us RP without being sucked into space. Thank you.

Steelven heard what Havec said. "Ungghhh..." moaned Steelven. He bent his body up. Thousands of gears and electronics sparked and sizzled from his exposed insides. His vitals were shrieking in pain.

Steelven raised his head. "I can...move. But I need...your help. The pain...is far too great for me to burden alone." Steelven reached out his hand to Havec's. "Help me...up."

((I believe in the original RP, the asteroid had its own atmosphere, which was aided by the base's oxygen generators, but too thin to survive for long on the surface. Of course, with the current random happenings, a few miniature black holes aren't out of the question...))

She put his arm around her shoulders, getting up slowly and putting her free hand against the broken side of his armor. Starting his healing process while she was injured herself probably wasn't the wisest idea she'd ever had, but she put her energy into it anyways, sealing mechanical leaks and soothing the organic parts. "It's alright, Chaos can help us remove the debris. Just stay low, we'll get outside and get you to medbay in just a moment." She started pushing through the stuff in front of them with the force, well aware that she was over exerting herself, but not slowing down.

Raziel stopped a little way into the vent and took out a Recording Droid and placed it in front of him, it was only about a foot tall, Raziel watched as a light on it flashed and Raziel began speaking, "Transmit to Sith Temple, holographic image, highly encrypted data stream, Havec, Steelven, Aven and I have found a small facility on Mustafar, it looks like someones trying to ressurect the CIS from the old Clone Wars, Aven being his old adventurous self wants to explore and see what we can find, I've set up a cloaked camera in one of the vents overlooking what looks like a main meeting room, even if they do find it we should have enough footage to find out what they're up to, Raziel out" Raziel whispered as the light turned off, Raziel waited for a couple of minutes while the droid transmitted the data and put it back on his belt, he then continued to crawl into the vent after Aven.

((Hmmm... let's go with Gryph's version; have atmosphere on the asteroid. I kinda like that much better. It'd make things easier...so...perhaps we could make a compromise, DLA? Maybe think of something else to "happen"?))

He was late! Freohr dashed into the room where the meeting was, hoping it would dtill be going. As he came in, however, he saw Master Steelven lying on the floor. He didn't care about anything else at the moment. "Steelven are you alright?"

((I don't s'pose we could have a bit of a longer gap between evil possesions? They're getting a little repetative. It'd be really helpful if Freohr could discover the problems in the meeting room, or take the message from Raziel, and thus join in with one of the two current subplots.))

((Yeah, the only reason that Chaos had one so soon after a previous one is that it was planned by me and RR when the RP was made. Plus everybody was already recovered from the last. Besides, there is more to Sith than being possesed. ))

After all I have done to them, they still wanted my help. I almost killed all of them, yet they still trust me enough to ask for my help. Maybe killing myself isn't such a great idea.

Getting up, Chaos walked over to a rather large piece of debris and with super human strength, lifted it up and threw it to the other side of the room. (His powers aren't gone, just the evil entity)

"Steelven, can you here me," he spoke in a whisper, "I am sorry for what I have done."

Amongst all his pain, Steelven found the strength to smile. "It's alright, Chaos." said Steelven. "It's over now. No use dwelling on what happened."

Steelven coughed. Good. No blood this time. My cells must be frantically healing themselves... "For now, let us proceed to the Med Bay. I need a few repairs...and I think we could all use a relaxing break."

Thanks to the two new helpers, there was now enough room for the injured Sith Lords to get through. "He's going to be fine" said Havec, stating it firmly, as if ordering it to be true. Unfortunately, she wasn't sure if she could say the same about herself. She carefully laid Steelven down, now that they were free of the danger, leaving him to a team of medical droids rushing to the scene of the accident.

"Better close off the chamber doors" she muttered, getting back up and trying to stumble over to the meeting room's outside control panel, spreading her wings for support. Both were missing feathers, and her right shoulder's friction burn got stretched in the process, re-igniting the pain it caused. One of the droids stopped her, and she rather reluctantly let the robot lead her over to one of several stretcher that had been brought over. "Chaos, you get over to medbay too. Someone will need to look at your arm, I'm surprised it's still working." Whatever force had been possessing him must have fixed some of the damage she'd done, but it must have been a rather rushed job.

So much had been happening that Chaos hardly noticed that his arm was injured, but now that it was mentioned he could feel the pain screaming in.

((Okay, lots of little powerplays in this post just to move things along, because it'd be really nice to get through this healing process without anyone trying to destroy the base. A nice, quiet segment would be lovely, for pacing's sake, and maybe a character twist that doesn't involve a big fight. Something like someone taking a test to progress their Sith rank, someone picking up Raziel's message, Chaos doing some exposition on what he thought was possessing him (possibly after Flaming and Undead talked OOC, to get their possession stories straight) etc. If anyone objects to the powerplaying here, I will edit this post immediately to give their character a chance to react differently.))

The whole lot of them were rushed to the nearest medbay, administered sedatives and painkillers along the way to deal with a wide variety of wounds. Frehor was allowed to stay near the group, although all base personnel were restricted from the medbay operating room, sent to watch from a glass window outside.

Mechanic droids stood on hand for Steelven, working in tandem with the medical droids on his mixed injuries. They had a slew of spare parts on hand, partly thanks to an unnerving habit the base had of going through droids like a kid through candy (the meddroids were always worried about being the next to get slammed against the wall by some angry apprentice and torn to bits. It was a very hazardous work environment.) His organic parts had sustained serious damage, but the head droid confirmed Havec's diagnosis- he was going to be fine.

Chaos was also sedated- not put to sleep, just made drowsy, and numb in the arm. His injuries were going to require some surgery in the medbay, with trained droids to properly reconnect all the damaged tissue.

Semmarv was worrying to the droids, who were alarmed by the pain readings on his vitals chart. After numbing several of his major injuries, to no effect, they eventually made the decision to simply cut off access to the part of his brain that produced pain, a risky operation but one they felt was necessary to prevent an adrenaline overload, so they could deal with his other injuries. He'd probably get some bad migraine headaches afterwards, but it would be better than the alternative.

Surprisingly, the frail-boned Havec had managed not to break anything. The droids were thankful for this, as her bird-like bones were difficult to set. Skin grafts took care of the worst of her arm injuries, although the feathers would have to be left to grow back on their own. Detoxing her blood from the various poisons in the air was a little harder, but she was soon stabilized, and allowed to slowly regain consciousness.

((Finaly, a post that is not moving towards a fight. Fights are fun, but as I said before, there is more to Sith than fighting other sith that are possesed. I may have made my little go a bit to soon, but Darth DLA gave me the perfect opportunity. So, in short, thanks for power-playing.))

He didn't care how it happened; He had been wishing that the power that was giving him the pain would accidentally use too much power and kill him. Needless to say he was feeling very blessed to get rid of the pain and stay alive. He thought about what the being had said, about time running out. What does he mean? It's obvious that he, or it, wanted the sith gone, but how would they pull it off? So far the worst they had faced were a handful of fighters, and a bunch of problems from within. This thing had nearly killed them, and it was conceivable that Steelven, or some of the others, might still die from it. But how was this being going to kill all of them? the same trick doesn

"Ahhh...take it easy now, wouldn't want to ruin my...whatever organ that is..." said Steelven to the meddroids. "Head droid, can you tell me what organ that is?" asked Steelven as he pointed to the very obvious large organ exposed.

"Er...well, sir..." said the droid, "...I'm not sure. I do believe it's an unidentified one."

"Uh, thank you." replied Steelven. It could be another clue to my race...

Steelven looked to the small screen nearby him. Suit repairs are coming to 73% done. Just a little while longer.
