Putting her snout in the air with a dignified sniff, she marched out the door, only to trip as her wings got fouled in the doorway. Hurridly picking herself up, she didn't look back for fear of seeing everybody else laughing at her.

Jen smiled at the little dragon. All the animals she had known had gone through a time when they had to prove themselves. She hid a chuckle as the dracling turned and tripped over its wings. And all of them had been that clumsy, too. She turned to Alex. "You said you could find a cure for the forest creatures for me. Do you think the disease will be deadly or do you think this," she waved at the body, "is more important?"

"How should we go about healing my owl we need to hurry or he might not make it."Will said urgently.

((To SG: Three things. 1)"Halfling"? I thought your character was human/demon. 2)This place is more like a medieval Earth than anything, so it has only one moon. 3)...are you walking somehwere? I suppose so. The rest of us are going to be traveling in a group (walking), so I would suggest you meet up with the group. ))

"To tell you the truth, I can't heal. But I can find anything in a magic library. So i'll see if I can find a cure." Alex got of the owl. "Good it died." Alex got out a knife with a cresenct moon on it, and hung it in thin air. "Terathis, Methranis, Calis." With a faint glow the owls life was restored. "That should do it." Alex walked over to Jen. "Well, I think the Dryads and the such can stop that from happening. It shouldnt be to serious."

Jen shook her head when Alex didn't answer. He must be concentrating on fixing the owl. Jen looked out the door, after the draconling. She figured the forest creatures would survive, they had before. She sighed and looked around. "Are we ready to go, then?" She smiled as Risha sent up a howl--not a normal, heart-felt sob, but a full-throated, majestic howl. Jen glanced around once more and walked out of the door.

((By the way, Strigoi Grimoire probably won't be continuing this RP. She COULD still show up, but she said she most likely won't.))

"Lets get out of here, this is getting boring" Aelx yawned. He walked right out the door almost straight into the dracling. "Come on guys."

"O.K. I'm ready." will said as he walked out the door.

Jen took a deep breath of fresh air. Even though she'd only been in the hut for a few minutes, it felt like days had gone by. She turned to see one elf, Alex, and the other human walk out after her. Jen turned and looked around, spotting the draconling. She started off towards the woods. Though she didn't know where they were really going, she figured that their little band would make it.

(ok just to say this drakaan is in a different part of the forest right now)

Drakaan looked around, panting out of exhaustion. "What am I going to do about these people? What do they call them, sightseers or something?" She was running away from a huge group of people that had gathered around her nest, gawking and gasping and yelling. Suddenly, a voice yells, "What do you want...?" Drakaan flipped around, looking for the source of the sound. "Yoohoo, down here!" She looked down. Floating there was a small being, about the size of a moth. "Okay, this forest just gets creepier by the second. First people that chase me around relentlessly, then teeny moth-people who talk!" "I am a fairy, not a moth-person. Okay?" They talked for a while, then Drakaan laid down and went to sleep, the Dragon constellation shining brightly overhead.

Not really turning to see if the others were following her, Jen walked into the forest, spotting the little dragon ahead of her. She followed a path that seemed rarely used, so they would run into as few people as possible. As she walked along, Jen heard some shouting in the distance. She slowed her speed and crept along until she found herself near a large snoring mound. Moving around it quietly, she finally saw the unmistakable head and recognized it for a dragon.

Drakaan was snoozing quietly, when she heard footsteps. Slowly she raised her head...to see a human, with a bow and arrow. Naturally she stood up and glared at the human who had awakened her. She growled deeply, watching warily at the strange intruder. The fairy had left in Drakaan's sleep.

((Gardevoir, did you know that controlling another person's character is godmoding (which is against the rules and rather annoying)? Because my character neither spoke nor moved back...at the point. ))

Jen stepped back a little and, putting her bow over her shoulder, put her palms up, showing that she was now unarmed. "I won't harm you, don't worry." Risha smiled at the dragon. <She won't hurt you, believe me. She's too young to be able to do any damage.> Risha's tongue lolled out in a laugh of her mouth as Jen glared at her.

Drakaan eased up a bit, laughed a quiet laugh, and sat down. She then stared curiously at the wolf, tilting her head. "What is that thing? It resembles something I saw once in the Ice-Tundra, only it was a lot smaller, white, and was chasing a Runner."

Jen laughed (probably one of the few times in her life). "No, this is Risha. She is a wolf...and my mentor." Jen smiled at Risha. Risha licked her chest fur, seeming to glow in the attention. <I raised her from a pup. Saved her life, too.> Risha looked at the dragon. <And who, may I ask, are you?>

Will ran up behind Risha and stared awestruck an actual dragon was right in front of him.Sapphire started to schreech.
"Shhh it's ok Sapphire it's just a dragon."Will said.
Just a dragon who was he kidding he was scared to.

Drakaan jumped backward a little, startled by the person behind Risha. "Have you come to stare at a Frost Dragon lost in a forest too? Don't worry, I don't bite, only if someone tries to bite me first." Suddenly a rabbit darted across the trail. Startled again, Drakaan let loose a freezing blast of breath at the poor thing. It froze in an instant. "These forests have to stop scaring me like that! Did I hit you on accident? Poor runner." She breathed a small jet of flame at the ice-cubed rabbit, thawing it out. It darted away faster than before. "Sorry if that scared you. I get like that when i get really startled. At least I breathed ice and not poison."

Jen looked at the dragon, bemused. "You can breathe poison? I don't think I've ever heard of a dragon who can do that."

"All Frost dragons can breathe poison. I'm a mixed-breed: European, where i get my fire breath, Frost, which I get Poison breath from, and I don't know where I got Ice Breath, I'm guessing it's a mutation. I only breathe poison when I'm in extreme danger. Oh, one last thing. If you ever see a Raptor, let me know. Dragons and Raptors are eternal rivals. Raptors live in the southern jungles. Dragons used to be widespread, but those darn raptors have cut our numbers. Now only a few of us remain, the ones in the Tundra being the most populous."

Drakaan put a paw on her belly. "Now, where can we get some food? I'm starved."

Drakaan's stomach growled loudly. The dragon looked around for anything to eat.

"All I ever see around here are leaves. Leaves, leaves, leaves, maybe a squirrel or a deer, I don't like deer very much, but mostly it's leaves."
