Roleplay Name: Poke Armageddon Roleplay Genre: Pokemon Setting: The known Pokemon world (Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn), starting in the mountains between Kanto and Johto. Plot: The End of the World has come. Disaster has struck the Pokemon world, killing virtually all humans, and almost all of the world's pokemon. A small band of trainers, who had been training (not necessarily together) in the mountains between Johto and Kanto, managed to escape the disaster, and will do their best to survive in the post-apocalyptic world, while trying to discover what caused the disaster. I guess I'll start us off:)) Ricky was on the top of a cliff, looking out across a small valley at the wild Tauros that were grazing on the other side. He considered for a moment, then sent out his Kabutops, Claw. "Come on Claw, we're going over there; maybe we'll be able to finally catch one of those Tauros. If not, well, more experience for you." He reached down to grab a foothold, when he felt a sudden, low boom, as well as a tremble in the ground. "What was that?" he said, as the Tauros looked up in suprise, and started fleeing into the forest. Claw, who had hooked himself into the ground at the first sign of the rumble, looked confused, as much as the bony pokemon could.

Ryan, who had finally reached the top of the mountain that overlooked their cottage, sat down on a large cliff, slightly exhausted, his Breloom made it up a while ago. He pulled his Growlithe's pokeball off his belt and released it, as he didn't think that it could climb the steep mountain. But while doing so, he noticed a pack of Absol, running towards the closest town. "What the?... Aren't Absol rare? I don't think they travel in packs either." He sad, thinking to himself. But just then, his pokemon seemed to sense something, he was distraced, as a low boom echoed across the mountains, and several Pidgeys took off from the forest.

All of David's pokemon let out loud chears as David surveyed the area. "Looks like we scared away a few pokemon with that move too."

So, he franticly searched through his bag, looking for his pokedex, something that he didn't want to lose, especially after he completed the Hoenn Dex with it. Then, after finally finding it, he pulled it out and searched for "Absol". A small message box appeared; saying: "Searh Completed". --------- Absol: The Disaster Pokemon (#152) Type: Dark 3ft 11in, 103.60 lbs Habitat: Mountains Color: White Abitlity: Pressure Description: Absol is a nocturnal carnivore, who mainly lives high up in the arctic mountain ranges playing in the snow. The natural lifespan of a Absol can stretch up to one hundred years. Absol uses its sharp senses to detect subtle changes in the sky and the land, and with its knowledge of natural balance it can predict oncoming natural disasters. It rarely ventures down from the mountains, but everytime Absol appears before people, it is followed by a disaster such as an earthquake or a tidal wave. Sorry, but don't complain, it's my decision and it's not up for appeal. 2. daveshan, Radio Willy is right, the disaster hasn't happened yet, it's basically happening right now. I don't have anything in particular in mind, but it's what's causing the shaking and other stuff people have mentioned.))

Raine heard a tremble and looked down from the mountains. Mew was in her arms, wiggling around and playing with her fingers. "Mew! Look! Absol!" Mew settled down and looked at the Absols. She mewed. Raine nodded and sat down. "I remember something about Absols," she began, "They come down from mountains only to warn others about natural disasters. I wonder what is going to happen..." Her voice trailed off. The Flareon in her arms jumped into her lap and curled up. After a while, Mew fell asleep. Raine smiled and returned her to her Pokeball.

"Pidger use fly! Now scythe concentrate on dodging this attack when you least expect it." Scythe looked around fraticly searching for the hidden Pidger. "Now Pidger, attack!" Scythe heard the call and quickly reacted to a attack hurtling from the sky. He jumped out of the way using quick attack and used Aerial Ace as a counter. Pidger took the strike in the worst possible part and fell to the ground. As this happened a large herd of Absol came running past Gene. He quickly called out Larva. "Use Rock Slide Larva!" Larva reacted quickly and diverted the panicked Absol around them. "I wonder what that was?" said Gene as he turned around to follow the Absol.

Yet something bothered David. This was the Johto. Absols were indigenous to Hoenn, which meant, to get here, they would have had to cross miles and miles of ocean. "Something had to be going wrong here and it must be really big. Come on Charcolt." He said as he recalled Shot. The two flew off, high in the air, trailing after the absols.
