as long as there is no psybuck donation constantly, it should be fine. In fact, they wouldn't notice/care as long as there is no psybuck abuse. they don't get alerted when there is an ip identical - they get alerted when they see a member with 1 post, and zero psybucks (at least, I think).

0 or 100, with a low post count, yes.

We then alert a mod, they check the ip of certain members (the one with 0 or 100), and if the ips match, they ban one of the accounts.

Then both accounts lose their Psybucks, because no one would do that unless they just got one of their friends to sign up to give them Psybucks and make it not look suspicious.

Your friends are still not allowed to just give you Psybucks. If they order something for a shop, they can pay for them, but when we find donations made for no readily apparent reason, we investigate.

I have something similar to The Obsidian Wolf's. my couison, master3000 says he's going to be on less and less, ( his computers acting up.) and when he's done, he'll give me what pb's he's got left. if he gives me 30+, is that considered abuse?

Because, you can easily do that in real life. Make a bad impression at work, it's ok; just change your name and reconstruct your face right?

No. If you can't be bothered to take enough time with creating a username to pick one that you like, you can't just make a new one. If you went and got off on the wrong foot, than you can work to be a better member of the community, not just bail out and pretend that you're a different person.
