You can use Arceus and Mew, but not the Ghost or Dragon Arceus. They must have moves no stronger than Flamethrower/Thunderbolt.
Arceus must have no Judgement, Punishment etc.
Shinies will be awesome to fight against! I don't have any, though.
Hyper Beam etc. are banned.
No hacked Pokémon (like Magikarp with Quick Attack/Thunder)
You can use Protect and Detect. You can use it only if you are not on green health.
Don't make enemies invincible.

Clauses in Effect:
Sleep (This means that only ONE pokemon can be put to sleep at a time by moves such as Yawn or Hypnosis. Rest does NOT count in this clause, nor does sleep induced by Synchronize or Effect Spore. )
Species (One pokemon per team. This goes for the forms as well.)
OHKO (Instant KO moves are NOT allowed.)
Evade/Accuracy (Any accuracy boosts, reducers are not allowed.)
00BER (No Legendaries such as: Darkrai, Deoxys, Dialga, Giratina, Groudon, Ho-oh, Kyogre, Latias, Latios, Lugia, Manaphy, Mewtwo, Mew, Palkia, Rayquaza)
No hacks (This is self explanatory.)
Self-KO (If you and your opponent are down to your last pokemon, using an self KO move to force a tie will result in a LOSS, regardless of what the game says.)
