ive been playing around on the wi-fi battle tower battles. and i've been ranking up a bit. but my question is, does your rank actually mean anything or have any effects on game play? or is it just a number? |

I believe if you beat the the seven rooms at rank 5 you get ribbons on the pokes you used. Otherwise no. |
