Uhhhh... What nature is it?

For the most part Earthquake + Stone edge give him great coverage off his high attack stat, Fire punch or Overheat for a Sday boosted fire move. I can't recommend Solarbeam as weather changers such as TTar and Kyogre can and will switch in and that'll force it to lose a turn and weaken the Sbeams damage.

For the last slot you can run quite a few status moves like swords dance, rock polish, T-wave and roar. Personally I'd go with rock polish, to outspeed other ubers and sweep with it's already high attack. (though some EV investment in speed is needed.)

As for items.... Leftovers is always a safe choice. also expert belt or soft sand (odd item but boosting STAB EQ from 150 to 180 with no drawbacks is quite nice.) The move Natural gift + Pomeg berry can kill off ice weak dragons. and if you can ensure a safe rock polish life orb is a great option.
