Okay, so I beat platinum and now I can't decide which team to use, so help me out Team 1 is hail-based, team 2 is all-around.

I'm not exactly the expert in this area, but I feel as ice just has to many weaknesses to base a team completely off of. I don't know how well hail teams work but there is absolutely nothing on that team to counter fire type.

I agree with this, Replace Articuno or Regice with Warlen for better fire resist as well as it's great ice body ability.

Okay i like team 2 because each pokemon can fight on its own without support from another pokemon. In team 1 thay depend on abomasnow.

well, i said the Ice Team because not mayn uber teams are loved in many places.
but i think ice types are fun if you can pull it off just right with not being too good but not being too bad.

Hmm...As far as Team B, Im not a big fan of the psychic legendaries or of Heatran in DPP, but I like Dragonite a lot. But in Team A, I don't like a lot of the same type in a team (accept an all-Dragon team), but Rotom can beat up water, and lots of Ice-type pokemon can learn Water moves, which is good against fire and rock. And Articuno is Flying-type, Rotom is Electric-Ghost.I think you should fit in a Kyogre somewhere, like swap it with Froslass, or a Suicune. I don't like either. How about a Dragon-based team? There are only 12 final-evolution dragons, so it shouldn't be hard.

The first team needs some form of stealth rock coverage, maybe swap out rotom(all-ice team is a bad idea) for a starmie/tentecruel or something that resists fire + fighting. If you'd rather not have stealth rock, replace Articuno, who pretty much gets KO'd by stealth rock with Walrein. MasterChef is right, Walrein can be a total beast if you toxic, then spam substitute and protect.

Your second team is okay, a fast pokemon with decent defence and earthquake and a dragon/ice move(Garchomp) would walk over half of your team, which is mainly steel type. I guess that you'll be okay with the rest of the team provided that you use decent movesets.
