Does it affect the EV's if you use rare candies to level up an egg pokemon to a level like 25 where it can actually battle? |

Rare candies/Daycare leveling does not give or change any EVs. |

I'm sorry, I meant before the EV's are given. does it still count? |

if the poke gained EVs then leveled via rare candy the EV boosts will apply, but if it has never battled and you rare candy/daycare it to lv25 EVs will still start out as 0 just like lv1. |
