Need a 3rd. Umbreon is for healing lucario/other pokemon. Send umbreon in, use wish. Next turn Toxic others or baton pass back to lucario.

you don't need to baton pass to get the wish boost
since both Umbreon and Lucario are weak to fight types
I'd go for a special sweeper that resitant to Fighting like gengar

Adamant for physical sweepers
Modest for special
Then Impish for Umbreon, the 10% stat boost in the Defensive stat makes it almost even
then go for 252 HP, 164 DF, and 92 SD Discounting IVs its defensive stats should be the same.
as for Items give physical sweeper muscle band and special swepers wise glasses.

Yes, Gengar would be a great 3rd Pokemon.

~Hidden Power [Fire]/Hypnosis
Shadow Ball and Focus Blast have perfect coverage. Thunderbolt takes out Water and Flying types more easily. The last slot is determined if you want to spend forever breeding for Hidden Power, since HP Fire will OHKO Scizor. Hypnosis will work if you don't want to do that.

For Umbreon, give it Curse rather than Baton Pass and its EVs can be 252 HP/200 Atk/58 SpD. Trust me, Curse Umbreon is beastly.

Lucario could use 252 Atk/252 Spe/6 HP, and consider Crunch over Ice Punch.

Ice punch was intended for Gliscors and other grounds. But if theyre not common ill replace it.

EDIT: How far will i go with this, could i possibly get a 50/100 streak?

EDIT2: With umbreons speed, am i better with payback?

Now that I think about it, keep Ice Punch. My bad.
And use Sassy/Relaxed nature on Umbreon to give it low speed along with Curse's Speed drop so that Payback will be more powerful.

But Electrike, his Umbreon is a healer, in which case, loading up on curses would be wasted if he switches out.

That is true, but if he used Curse once, he would be better using Payback and have a Defense boost, even if he lost it a couple of turns later. It only uses up one turn and Baton Pass isn't really needed unless he used a Trap Passer Umbreon, which would make Curse unneeded.

Lordtomato does have a point, but if lucario faints and the pokemon has the power to ko gengar i might send out umbreon to see how it reacts.

Oh and also, smogon said that if you're going to use ice punch you should use a jolly nature lucario.
What pokemon do i have to chain breed for wish?

Because I just breed said Umbreon with wish (I don't have any more )
It has to be smeargle that sketched wish from an xatu or something
Also Lucario I would suggest that instead of extreme speed you go with
a move that covers shedinja who is suprisingly often used in competitions

Shadow claw
Rock slide
Also I'd suggest Giving Umbreon
Dig to deal with steel and posion types It worked great for me in the champion ships

I need a smeargle and a xatu. So, just a question, can you trace your allies in double battles? If you can it might me a bit simpler.
Oh and for shedinja, read the earlier posts and you might fight out im training a gengar with shadow ball.

The reason I suggest shadow claw is that if for some reason lucario is your last poke againest a shedinja its defenceless. I alway make each pokemon so it can Hit every pokemon neutrallly
to do this use the attack type analzler in the psy dex, the only two type combo is a fighting move and a ghost move
other include
Fire, Ground, (Dragon/Dark/Ghost/Ice)
etc

Im training a haunter right now, i found a trick, instead of trading a pokemon for it to evolve deposit it in GTS and take it out, when you get oit back it will evolve.
