Hi, I've been working on a new team for HeartGold and I can't think of anything to use as a 6th pokemon So far I've got: Ambipom (Lead) Gyarados (Phys sweeper) Porygon-z(Spec sweeper) Weezing(Wall) Cresselia (Special tank) I've tried about 10 pokemon that didn't work What do you think would balance it? |

Go with Magnezone get a decent power of Hidden power [Fire] to counter Scizor. Or use Electivire for a mix attacker. Plus you can use the inevitable Electric attack aimed towards Dos to get a Motor Drive activation. |

I think I'll try electrivire. I was using a MixApe for a while but it didn't work very well EDIT: I decided to go with electrivire with an expert belt Moves: Thunderbolt HP Ice Fire Punch EQ That takes care of my previous inability to deal with Starmie too. |

you should focus on electrivires physical moves like thunder punch and ice punch instead of hp and bolt |

Put on either Flygon or Salamence for some dragon support If you put a Lucario at Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, and Dark Pulse |

Electrivire is better suited for a pure phsycial sweeper, for a mix attacker go with lucario with extreeme speed, dark pluse, aroura sphere and ice punch/zen headbutt to conver one ofits weekneses, It still takes care of starmie with dark pulse easily, and though its speed is bas a choise scalf would give it a good boost |

A mixed Electivire would be good, you might also want to consider a MixApe, Scarf Flygon, or anything else that functions as a good revenge killer, but I'd go with Flygon if I were you, here's the one I use: Flygon @ Choice Scarf Levitate | Jolly 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 HP U-turn Earthquake Outrage Stone Edge/Dragon Claw/Fire Blast |

Blastoise_Ex If you want good typing go with Magnezone although you will have lots of special attackers if you want typing and synergy go with Breloom as it is a physical attacker and it fits in to your team well cant help you on the moveset for either and if the team does not work well after that blow it apart and create a new one |

Umm okay this topic is about 3 months old and i've had this team finished for a while so i don't really need any more suggestions. btw if you're running scarf flygon, you'd be better off with adamant and not jolly. |
