Need to find berries!!!!!!

I'm trying to put together my BW team and I can't find the berries that reduce the power of super effective moves and berries that improve stats in a pinch. Help would be very appreciated. To respond either reply to this thread or pm me.

Stat berries aren't available yet. Most super-effective berries are but are mostly found in DW.
