Cynthia, because she is an actual champion who accepts challenges and not some blue haired guy hiding in a cave, afraid to face trainers and waiting for the 'greater one'. Otherwise, I like them almost the same (Cynthia a bit more still).

I'm voting CYNTHIA because she the first champion for me to FINALLY beat. Also I like her more than Steven for previous reasons. I'm the only one who downvoted him last time.
