Alright, the "being in a place that doesn't exist" means a place that doesn't exist in the pokemon world. As in, the USA doesn't exist in the pokemon world.

It learns Metronome and it was supposed the he lived in South America, which doesn't exist in Pokemon World.

Again, you guys are thinking the move metrenome, but only ONE poke can learn it. Well, smeargle can too, but he doesn't count.

Well, there are several signature moves out there....
The only thing I can think of now is Unown, as it is the only pokemon I can think of that can learn Hidden Power without a tm or such, is supposively not in this world (until you find it, anyways...). I'm probably wrong, but meh, like I'll be right with all these...

it represents santa (vaguely)
when it uses -Present- you wont know what will happen next

Cherrygrove got it right, because of those reasons he said... Mt. Everest doesn't exactly exist anywhere in the pokemon world, no?

sketch would be a viable option, but with all the people who use sketch for egg moves, not too many people are too lazy to bring it back with a heart scale. plus, you get it back every ten levels. Things I thought of:
Team midnight (im always thinking of team midnight)
Master ball , exept for no items
spray bottle in gold and silver, get it back by restarting
my forum (located in sig)
move tutors (again restart game)
last resort, I dont know why
chice banded/specsed/scarfed Pokemon moves
EVs
my girlfriend (which fits if your perverted enough, but no)
shuckles berry juice thingy...
explosion/selfdestruct
Wow, thats a lot of stuff...
a batle with gary in the first gen
rest on a shedinja XD
Focus sash
your appetite after ghett0s movesets
a sense of humor. Oh wait, no I still got it!
