The question asked for moves that "the more HP the user (or the target) has, the more damage this attack will do." How would Flail and Reversal fit that criterion? Those moves deal greater damage when the user has lower HP, and no, it's not dependent on the target's HP either! Therefore, either the question or the answer is erroneous! (Hehe, you won't know how badly I've always wanted to do that)However, I won't be able to bask in glory for any longer - who in the world memorizes Pokemon whose total base stat is a prime number?! And who memorizes all the prime numbers anyway?!

This is what happens when I grade questions while half-asleep. I thought I wrote 'more or less'.
*fix* Okay, Drago-boy got 3 points.
As for figuring out if a number is prime or not, here is a useful method. It's what I use to figure out if a number is prime.
~Get a calculator. ~The number has to end in 1, 3, 7, or 9. (The only exceptions are 2 and 5, but they're too small for this question anyway.) ~Put the number in the calculator and take its square root. Note the result. ~Now, divide your original number by every odd number that's less than the square root. (You can skip the even ones because it won't be divisible by 2 anyway.) If you do this, and all of your results have remainders...you have a prime. (Some numbers can be skipped if you know the hints for divisibility for them. For example, you can skip 5 because a number divisible by 5 ends in 5 or 0 anyway.)
Let's take the aforementioned 127 as an example.
The square root of 127 is 11.269[etc]. Now I divide 127 by each odd number less than the root.
127 / 11 = 11.545454... 127 / 9 = 14.111111... 127 / 7 = 18.142857... (I'm skipping 5 because I know I'll get a remainder) 127 / 3 = 42.333333...
And that's how I know 127 is prime. Just start picking random digits and see where it gets you. I'll give a hint, though...in each case in a stat, the number is more than 100. I'm not asking for total base stats - just the individual base stats. (Total base stat primes would be too much trouble even for me.)

Math nerdiness and specific Pokémon stat nerdiness? You expect so so much!

I ran this trivia on Pokebeach twice (with #3 currently in the works) and on my own home site 6 times and there were no complaints. You people are babied.
I'm only asking for numbers; I'm not asking for the Pokemon they belong to. Figuring out what is and isn't a prime isn't very difficult.

Umm... there are five stats left, and I'm thinking that speed would be the highest, so... 101, 103, 107, 109, and 113?

Best strategy seems to be to just guess the same number for every stat.
That said, 131 for all of them.

Oh, never mind. There's no way I'm getting this one right, anyway.

Why not just pick the same number for all 5 stats and see if you get one right? I can tell you for sure that at least one of your numbers is correct somewhere.

Prime numbers, I'm good at. Base stats, not so much. So I'll go with 109 for all of them.

HP- 119 SpAtk- 119 SpDef- 113 Atk- 119 Def- 113 I think I'm in a guessing mood today. Guessed a lot on the ACT, guess on money for lunch w/ a friend, and now guessing on Trivia of DNA. Guess. Such a strange word.

Fine, ShinyLucario. You're got one shot. Sp. Def = 101 OR 103 OR 107 OR 127 OR 137 OR something even higher...
Eeny, meeny, miny, moe. Sp. Def = 107 it is.

S.S. Anne and S.S. Aqua are two. I know there are two more, I just can't think of their names.

Wasn't there another one that served the completely essential, very important purpose of taking you from Slateport to Lilycove?
And did Mr. Briney's little boat have a name?

@Samurott: The Royal Unova does not have its name begin with "S.S.". Furthermore, besides Anne and Aqua, there are actually three others. (hint, hint)
@Skeleton: Yes there was one boat. And Mr Briney's personal boat does not have a name, in case you're wondering.

Oh, thats right. I got it confused with S.S. - Whoa! I know that each gen has 1 S.S. ship, but there is something that is very unique about the fifth. Now that I remember what it is and cant say it because I already voted, I'm going to start bashing my head against the door over there for forgetting and giving away a point. I have had nooo luck on this question.

There aren't any S.S. ships in Generation 5, I can assure you of that.

Self-declared Hoenn fan who doesn't even remember the name of the local ship. Kudos, ShinyLucario. And I'm pretty sure there's some S.S. ships in the side games...XD isn't it? And...something else...
No, I'm not posting my guess yet. I'm just gonna join Samurott in bashing my head against a door first.

Last post for this question, to avoid pissing DNA off. @SL: Join the party, bro! @DNA: I looked it up on Black. I mistook the Liberty Island Ferry as S.S. Liberty. But it has no name. Just Liberty Island Ferry, I guess. *sniff*

Oh, I remember, I know what the one in XD was called. The S.S. Tidal.
Technically I didn't guess anything in my last post.
