Once again, NO.

Yes and No
Yes and No
Nope/doesn't matter
Nice to see we're getting on the right track here.

I got it wrong... ![Crying or Very sad ](./images/smilies/icon_cry.gif) WAAA! But here's something. "Gull" is another word for ghost, so i heard. Does that have anything to do with it?

tessa i dont think u understand. the mystery is a "story with holes". u ask specific questions about REAL situations that may or may not fit the story. ITS NOT A JOKE OR A PUN...its a mystery. hope u understand now.
and ill ask a question just to be helpful:
did the man know what seagull soup is before he ordered it?

Very similar to the question asked before by Shadow Deoxys about if he'd had it before. Once again, yes and no. You're on the right track.

was the man in any kind of distress/unhappiness before he ate the seagull soup that may have caused him to kill himself?

im sorry...but i thought this was a yes or no game....
im not asking whether he had any IMMEDIATE distress. im asking if he had ANY distress or trouble before he had the soup.

What part of the seagull was it? Was it like it's head, or it's wing, or what?

You picked up the hint. Good. Yes, the man had gone through a nasty bit of distress prior to eating the seagull. What part of the seagull is irrelevant.

Is this stress relevant to the answer? If so, did this guy have a pet/family member/friend die?

Drats.
Anyway, was there anybody else in distress?
Also, was the stress family-related or based?

I'm guessing so. Did this seagull have anything to do with this dead family member?

Okay. *breathes deeply*
Did he hear a distressed family member and jump out the window in order to save him/her?

No, he didn't hear anyone.
Yes, he realized something was terribly wrong when he ate the seagull.
As for that other question, you've already asked that, as well as another person. Check back a page. My reply remains "yes and no" for the 10th time this riddle.

Had the guy been through therapy to get a seagull related femily death/suicide taken care of and then eating the seagull brought up old wounds?
As a child he once had to live on seagulls and forgot untill he took a bite and was reminded?
Was he a sociopath?

was the seagull soup the man had before different from the seagull soup he had in the bar?

Therapy is irrelevant.
No repressed memories of seagulls.
Man's perfectly sane, good health, all that stuff.
You keep making this "seagull soup" reference, and I have no idea why. The man simply ordered seagull in a bar, and he's had seagull before. However, for all practical purposes, we can assume that the seagull he's having now WAS prepared differently from the seagull from before.

I think I know the answer (found it on another site), but as I can't actually tell anyone the answer, here's a question to hopefully get everyone going in the right direction:
Was the seagull he ate before ACTUALLY seagull?
