Chris goes in search of his , and it turns out, it was captured by Team Rocket. Now a double battle ensues. Chris sends out his and , while Jesse and James send out and . uses headbutt and uses T-Bolt, sending Team Rocket blasting off again. After the battle, Chris' evolves into and he gets back. He now heads toward Mt. Moon to get to Cerulean City, to face Misty, and to get his 3rd badge.

Chris is hiding outside of the Gym. He peers inside and sees swarms of Team Rocket. Eventually they start heading out into the city. Only to meet tanks and helicopters full of more Team Rockets Grunts! There's no way one single attack could solve his.(Hint, hint ). What will Chris do now?

He ran towards where he heard the girl scream. She was a fellow Pokemon trainer and the Rockets were stealing her and . What will Chris do?

"There they are!" Yells a Grunt as he spots Chris and the girl. "Get them!"

Chris and his newfound friend start running. But now they think, Where would they run to?

Chris then turns around and sents out to to try to resist the rockets but they fail to wards off the rockets, so they start running again, and a little while away sees a strange stone on the ground, but runs past it, not caring what it was, but then, realizing what it is, looks behind him and gasps in shock, because his is gone and instead of running behind him, there is a running behind him so then Chris orders it to use Rain Dance, then as many possible Thunders as it can possibly do, beating all of the rockets making them retreat out of the city!! and applauding and hugging his new , congratulates it, but looking forward, realizes that the girl has stopped right in front of him. Then realizing that the girl is Misty, asks her for a gym battle!

Chris was taken to the station by Officer Jenny. When they arrived she said. "That of yours was stolen, it belongs to this boy." (enters a boy,a bout Chris' age)

Boy: "Raichu, you're back!" (they hug)

CHris: But I didn't know it was stolen. It had to have been Team Rocket who took raichu, I just found him, honest.

Jenny: Well, I guess I can let you off with a warning, but next time you find a Pokemon thats not yours, try to find its trainer.

Chris: Right, I'm sorry kid.

Boy: It's ok, by the way, I'm Steve.

Chris: I'm Chris. But I have to leave now, I'm going to Celedon for my next badge.

And so Chris leaves Cerulean City to head for Celedon, but the only way to get there is by going through Rock Tunnel, then Lavender Town.

The battle is a double battle. Misty sends out and and Chris sends out and . and both attack with water pulse. dodges just in time. uses twister and traps both opponants! The twister forces both opponants into the pool of water in the gym! ! Chris yells. Shoot a thunderbolt into the water! The electricity fills the water and faints and earning Chris his badge!

When Chris walks out of the gym Officer Jenny confronts him! You are under arrest! she proclaims. Oh no! Chris didn't do anything! What is going on?

"A grunt we call said you are their leader! So, what are you going to say? Never mind...leave it to court!"

Um...what Truestar? Anyway, I already settled that incident. Peace Out!

Chris walks along and realizes. If that was his Riachu....WHERE'S MY PIKACHU!? (I know, Caps added for special effect) How could I find him?

Chris runs back to the place were he fought the rockets. He trys to find were that wierd stone was but to his amazment the stone is still there. That explains why the wasn't his. While exploring the area he finds a spot on the ground were it looks like it was a hole that was refilled. He digs and finds a trapdoor! It was locked! On the door it says: Rocket Secret Base. Chris calls apon and it breaks down the door. Chris sees steps leading down so he gathers up his courage and heads down.

Instantly he stops, hearing voices from down the hall....

"Yeah, that Pikachu won't last long with boss!"

Sneakily going down the hall way finds a cage contianing a with a name tag on it saying: If found, please take to the police station and ask for Richie and a that had a strange hair do and it had a name tag that read "Sparky". Using , broke the cage open, but as he tried to leave, Jessie, James, ,{cacnea}, and attacked him, and using 's Head Butt, and 's Slash to make the trio retreat, and making evolve into a ! Later, after getting out of the Secret Base and going to the police station, Chris asked Officer Jenny for a boy named Richie, who in fact was the same boy who had claimed the , and was Officer Jenny's son! then when Richie told his mom that wasn't obeying him, and wouldn't go back in his Poke Ball. then trying his Poke Ball on the Raichu that was supposed to contain his , and the Raichu would return to his Poke Ball! It had turnned out that Chris's had accidentally stepped on that strange stone, which in fact was a Thunder Stone, evolving with out any one realizing it! so Richie tried his Poke Ball on the that Chris had found and it returnned to its Poke Ball too! then Richie said that he was missing a that he had named Sparky, so Chris gave him Sparky too.

Chris exits the station and takes his bearings. He remember he wanted to go to Celadon so flying would be the easiest way. He opens 's pokeball and asks him to fly him there. But didn't obey! The pokemon shot a burst of flame from its mouth and soared into the sky!

For some odd reason wouldn't obey Chris, Chris then calls back and trys to think of something to calm down.

He finally gets his Pokeball and returns and has no choice but to walk, instead of Fly to Celedon. He needs the Rainbow Badge so that his will listen to him, so he sets off, but has to go throw Rock Tunnel.

Quickly getting agrivated, the man sends out and , so Chris sends out , but quickly recalls it after it starts using Flame Thrower every where, so it sends out , and using a combined Thunder Bolt and Surf, defeating the and at the same time. Then breaking into tears because he really wants that Old Amber that he had seen Chris, because he wanted the inside, but then Chris said that the fossil inside looked just like the fossil of the that he had seen at the museum in Pewter City, so Chris ran off and found his way out of Rock Tunnel, but he had walked right into a woman, who gave him the terrible news that the evil Team Rocket had killed a mother and captured and sold the skulls that her children were whering, and that they had kidnapped Mr. Fuji when he went to pray for the
