Well if a Pokemon like Snorlax could be thrown off a tower and Flygon just drops dead out of nowhere then I assume a Psychic is a probable cause. Plus Claydol has Levitate and could of flown up to the tower and not of been seen when killing Flygon.

And so the villagers, deciding to become a secular society, began the development of math and sciences. After several centuries of space exploration, the villagers discovered the Babel Qwilfish, a handy little creature that could translate any language for the pokemon's brain, with the only downside being the occasional spikes in their ear, which all things considered was a minor inconveniece

Now it is such a bizarrely improbable coincidence that anything so mindbogglingly useful could evolve purely by chance that some thinkers have chosen to see it as a final and clinching proof of the non-existence of Arceus. The argument goes something like this:
"I refuse to prove that I exist," says Arceus, "for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing".
"But," says pokemon, "the Babel Qwilfish is a dead giveaway, isn't it? It proves you exist and so therefore you don't. QED."
"Oh dear," says Arceus, "I hadn't thought of that," and promptly vanishes in a puff of logic.
"Oh, that was easy," says pokemon, and for an encore goes on to prove that black is white, and gets killed on the next Zebstrika crossing.
