 Clicking on "Forum Rules" results in "General Error" Message

Post Clicking on "Forum Rules" results in "General Error" Message
I cannot view the "Forum Rules" it results in a "General Error" Message when I click on it.

"template->_tpl_load_file(): File ./styles/acidtech/template/rules_body.html does not exist or is empty"
