I didn't think vulpix could learn hypnisis, but i'm no expert.
I'm not sure but is hypnosis offered as a TM in another game? maybe if it is you can transfer it over.

It can via breeding.

Get a male Stantler (Pearl version) that knows Hypnosis (lvl 10) and Energy Ball (TM). Breed him with a female vulpix.

(1) In the trading threads, a lot of people can offer any breedable pokemon, does that mean they got all the previous GBA generations?
(2) Can I get any new pokes registered in the national dex through wifi battling?
(3) If I get the Japanese version of plantinum, can I still trade my USA diamond's pokes over?
Thanks in advance!!
This goes in the questions thread. :p But anyway, in order, depends on the person, no, and you should be able to.

Can anyone critique my movesets?
Ampharos
Power Gem
Discharge
Signal Beam
Thunder Wave
Honchkrow
Night Slash
Drill Peck
Haze
Roost
Furret
Amnesia
Rest
Baton Pass
Return
Dragonite
Thunderwave
Roost
Flamethrower
Outrage
Mismagius
Psychic
Confuse Ray
Shadow Ball
Energy Ball
Vaporeon
Aqua Ring
Acid Armor
Ice Beam
Surf
Essentially, I start with Furret and max Amnesia then Baton Pass to either Vaporeon or Dragonite. Dragonite then Thunderwaves and recovers with Roost. Vaporeon does the same but with Acid Armor and Aqua Ring. Honchkrow hazes when I need.
Should I nix a move on Vaporeon for Baton Pass? That way I can continue the chain and pass Aqua Ring and Acid Armor to someone else? But in doing so I lose Ice Beam or Surf.

CAn anyone get me a good set for ? Thanks.
To Shaherazade: If you really think you'll need Baton Pass (I think you do) on Vaporeon then take off Ice Beam, since Surf will be more powerful thanks to STAB. Otherwise, it's all good.
Hope it helped.

Here's an Umbreon set for a tank/wall. Also, can someone get me a set for Gyarados?
Umbreon@ Leftovers
Sassy Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP 100 D 100 SpD
58 A
Payback
Moonlight
Confuse Ray
Toxic
This works well because its low speed will make payback go last almost always, and it has stab. Confuse Ray and toxic csn keep other pokemon from attacking, and they take damage. Moonlight is a good HP recovery move.

Life Orb
Adamant Nature
EVs: Attack and Speed
Dragon Dance
Outrage
Waterfall/Aqua Tail
Iron Head/Ice Fang
Set up with Dragon Dance and sweep away. Beware of Electric Types, as Gyrados has no attacks super-effective against electric types.

PokeMasterBaller, it looks like your using Dual Screen Cresselia personally I think you should switch in Ice Beam for Charge Beam in her move set for the sake of Salamence, a mad sweeper; and Gliscor, a common mid-game taunter. Otherwise she looks like a good Pokemon.

I thought this would be nice to have for a pokemon
Kyogre
Modest Nature (+ spl atk, - atk)
Personallity for Spd
Wise Glasses for item
Moves: 1. Water Spout (cuz there are 4 ways that it is being boosted in power: 1- Same Type Move, 2-It will be raining because of his ability Drizzle, 3- the item Wise Glasses boosts Special Atk, 4- It will have its health full most of the time) So all in all, it's deadly.
2. Thunder (basicaly wont miss, and boosted power 2 ways: 1- It's Raining, 2- wise glasses)
3. Blizzard (cuz you can't go wrong with an ice move for Kyogre)
4. Psychic (it just seems right)
This has always worked for me, and I KO just about everyone without a struggle.
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Is this a good set up for a Medicham?
Serious Nature
Personality for spl def.
Item Fist Plate
Moves: 1- Low Kick
2- Psycho Cut
3- Bulk Up
4- Power Trick
Ability Pure Power
My basic concern is that I don't Know What Qualifies for Nulifying its ability.

This has always worked for me, and I KO just about everyone without a struggle. Modest seems to be a very good nature for Kyogre. I wouldn't use Water Spout though because your Kyogre doesn't have any healing moves so once its health is down you lose your STAB move. Might I suggest Surf? I also have an objection to Blizzard. While it is a more powerful move, Ice beam brings in better accuracy which when up against a Rayquaza or Salamence, you can't really afford too many misses.
