My question is will Pokemon I used Action Replay to get in Gen IV games be able to be trasfered into B&W?

I have a few outrageous ones like Shiny Legendaries and non-fateful encounter Event Pokemon
Even a Gyarados with Ice Punch
But I do have a lot of other ones that have movesets they can actually learn.
There's just a lot of them that are all fully ev trained that I dont wan tto lose just cause I didn't want to breed 100 Gible's for an Adamant Nature. (Trust me I have bad Luck with breeding)

So will my Pokemon be salvagable or will I have to say good-bye to my Ice Punching Gyarados and his friend the Blaze Kicking Dragonite?
