Where's a good place to level for Red and the Elite 4 besides Mount Silver? they're only lvl 45-48...>_>

Moved to Sinjoh Ruins from Unova Region.

I'm having the same dilemma, and I honestly don't think that there is such a place that is better than Mt. Silver, what have been trying to do on the side of training though, is collecting gym leaders phone numbers. They're definitely good for training. And if you don't mind losing a bit of cash, or flying back home to stow your cash away with mom, then i suppose taking on the E4 again and losing a couple times isn't a bad idea either. I made it to Lance today, having to revive my team about three times in the process, but you see my point. So, if you're tired of grinding for levels in Mt. Silver, my best suggestion is to hunt down those gym leaders and phone numbers for rematches, and anyone else that'll rematch you too. And the E4, because they're stronger every time as far as I know, so what's bad about fighting opponents that are always challenging?

There's probably someone with a better answer who will be able to tell you something more, but until they come along, I hope this helps.

You can always try to get a Lucky Egg. They have a 5% chance of being held by Chansey, which in turn have a 1% chance of appearing on Routes 13-15, or it can sometimes swarm on Route 13.

What I'm currently doing is this:
-Train at Mt. Silver when not doing other things on the list
-Rebattle Gym Leaders as often as possible, so as to prep for the E4
-Rebattle the E4 a lot.

Basically, train at Mt. Silver as prep for Gym Leaders. Then use the Gym Leaders to prep for the E4, which you use to prep for Red. Kinda weird, but it's what I'm doing, and it's working out pretty well so far.
