So yesterday, New Year's Eve, I walked through Accumula Gate and immediately saw something 'ood'. The first annoucement after the date said: 'Iccurus City: An unusual diamond dust is occurring!'... Or something like that. It didnt seem to have an effect on the characters or on pokemon. Doesnt that seem 'ood'?

It's normal for that to occasionally happen. It's a nice little weather effect that has no real use and doesn't have any effects in battles, unlike hail.

It's analogous to the Snowpoint City diamond dust snow, I assume. It has no special effect - it's just a temporary change of appearance.
(I didn't know Icirrus City could have it as well, actually. That's interesting.)

Yea. I didnt know that either, but apparently it only happens on New Year's Eve.
