I rewatched all of the original series this week. Such awesome movies. Didn't watch the remake though because one sitting of that crap back in 2010 was enough for this lifetime. My favorites are the original, Dream Warriors and New Nightmare, but all of them have good points except for maybe Freddy's Dead. ALSO, Nightmare 2 is one of the gayest horror movies ever and it's amazing. <3

The chick who sings it is really named Tuesday Knight. Like, what porno did she fall out of with that name, ykwis? Also, she should have stuck to singing because she also acts in the movie, replacing my BELOVED Patricia Arquette who originated Tuesday's character in Dream Warriors, and I could not wait for her to die despite loving the character in the previous movie. Thankfully, after Tuesday gets axed, the real goddess of the movie, Alice, takes over as the main heroine. <3
Nightmare Gods and Goddesses: Nancy Thompson/Heather Langenkamp -- As amazing as Nancy is in Nightmare 1/3, Heather is even MORE awesome in New Nightmare.
Donald Thompson/John Saxon -- Like Nancy/Heather, my favorite three movies have her father/John Saxon. Coincidence? I think NOT!
Jesse Walsh, the gayest lead in a mainstream horror movie ever, too bad some Mary Sue Meryl Streep lookalike had to convert him in the end
Kristen Parker, but Patricia Arquette's version in Nightmare 3 ONLY <3
Nightmare's best character and the saving grace of Nightmares 4/5, Alice Johnson (right), featuring some pathetic Alice wannabe from Nightmare 4 (left)
And of course, Freddy Krueger/Robert Englund; give me Englund over the guy in the remake ANYTIME.

Oh the humanity! O_o I've never seen any of them in my life, except if you include Freddy vs. Jason. The ending is soo cool. But "Dream World" reminds me more of Inception, minus the fact that common sense and intelligence is needed to somewhat enjoy the film.
