Sorry, but read this, hfxjus. THIS IS NOT THE RATING CENTER.

Two new ideas; the first might be too standardish though:
@ Salac
Timid / Pure Power
EVs: 252 HP; 129 Def. 129 Speed
- Baton Pass
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Counter
Salac for quick BP. Counter for lack of Defense and Calm Mind. Not really certain about Nature and EV spread though.
@ Choice Band
Adamant / Hustle
EVs: 252 Atk; 252 Speed; 6 HP
- Focus Punch
- Return
- Aerial Ace
- Shadow Ball
Problems on Togetic is that it'll probably be too slow and if you get stuck to a worse move. But you just switch then, if you can.

I just got the wierdest idea.
@Lefties
Bold/Calm
252 Sp. Def/252 Def/6 HP
~Mean Look
~Wish
~Toxic
~Protect
Gardevoir/Umbreon could pull this too, but it seems like I never see anyone at all use Jynx. No one would expect it.
I mean, it might work. It'll at least last long enough to do substantial damage with Toxic.

Jynx has much less Defense, so I'd think it'd work better with Bold, 129 Sp. Def EVs, and 129 HP EVs. I'll test that and mess with the EVs and such if it doesn't work out too well.

Would Taunt work for that Jynx too? To keep the foe from HealBelling or recovering? It might work better with Taunt on an Umbreon. Nice idea!

I'm fine with the Togetic, and I like the Jynx as well. The BP-ing Medicham isn't such a new concept though, so it might be a little standardish after all.
Skytune, if you are able to do any testing, you can test the Togetic. If not, tiger10x, you would have to test both movesets then. Fine with you two?

It's fine with me. I can't make any promises about being able to test however. I'll PM tiger10x if I can't. Kapeesh?

Hi I've got some new sets to torture the testers with!!!
@ Quick Claw / Lefties
Jolly | Insomnia
Taunt / Skill Swap
Toxic
Return
Shadow Ball
The first move is to prevent irritating Resters. In a sense Taunt may be better but it depends. This guy killed a rather irritating Tauros who kept Resting.
@ Lefties
Jolly or Timid (depending on last move) | Intimidate
Taunt
Torment
Protect
Surf / Return
Torment-Protector with Taunt thrown in for good measure and a filler to sum it all up.

Banette isn't really creative enough. That's just similar to the normal use of Banette. Toxic won't really make too much of a difference.
Gyarados would work better with Jolly and Return. I'll test and mess with the EVs and such. This should work quite well if the opponent is predictable enough. I'll post them if it makes it to the HoF.
Jynx results: Not perfect but still good enough for HoF. I liked it when it worked, but you couldn't do much at all after it was done. Taunt wasn't necessary, but if you prefer taking the chance of getting attacked anyway you could use it over Wish. I didn't have to change the EVs and Nature from what I tried, either. (Bold, 252 Def, 129 HP, 129 Sp.Def)

Alright, Jynx added to the Hall of Fame. To be tested: Gyarados and Togetic.

Gyarados had a small change of the moveset. I had some thoughts while putting the attacks together and couldn't come up with too much. Eventually I decided on taking off Taunt because it was unnecessary to the strategy, and my team could easily support Gyarados that way.
The way I saw it was that you switch into a good situation where your opponent will switch out to a Special Sweeper or something with Thunderbolt. I Torment the incoming Pokemon and Protect Thunderbolt. However, Gyarados couldn't do much to retaliate while the opponent didn't kill it. I took off Taunt for Earthquake to get Electrics. Then it was useless against Ghosts, so switched Return for a better STABed HP Flying.
I thought it got too close to being standard after I changed, but figured that Torment and Protect with no Dragon Dance would be fine. It worked excellent from there.
Anyway, the new set:
@ Leftovers
Jolly / Intimidate
EVs: 252 Sp. Def; 129 HP; 129 Atk
- Earthquake
- HP Flying
- Torment
- Protect

@ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 180 Spd / 140 SAtk / 188 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Hidden Power [Water]
- Psychic
- Substitute
This lil bugger is fun to use, which is why I have it (espyjump sucks and I hate it).
Cm a few times, then start psychicing like mad, sub if you wanna survive, and Hp water for those nasty buggers who take psychic and laugh at it.

How does HP Water help against Bug types? Furthermore, Bug types aren't the only ones that can threaten Espeon. Dark and Steel are good counters too. In addition, aside from Substitute, the whole concept of your Espeon is to Special-Sweep, which is kinda standard. I'll wait for a second opinion on this.

That idea isn't very creative, sorry. Espeon has actually been used as a CM-sweeper.

I think by "bugger" he meant guys like Houndoom who "take Psychic and laugh at it" as it has no effect.
And so is my Gyarados going to get in?

My apologies; I forgot about tiger10x's test results. The moveset will be added as a second moveset for Gyarados shortly.

You can't give more than 255 EVs to a single stat and more than 510 in all. I'd assume that the EVs were supposed to boost the stats to that number though, although that's 84 EVs for each stat. If you're going to use EVs, at least use them all.
Anyway, I seriously don't see how that could come out to be a good Pokemon. It doesn't have any definite strategy and you'll easily get owned if you can't get Sunny Day and Attract to work, which still leaves you at a switch and single Fire attack's mercy.

Who said? It never mentioned that you can't give more than 255 EVs to a single stat and more than 510 in all.
For further information tiger10x I got the EVs from Netbattle.

There should not be any need for that to be said. If you are posting movesets, you probably should know that the maximum evs that can be focused on one stat is 255, and that the maximum total evs that can be distributed throughout all of the stats is 510.
And as for your claim that you got those EV spreads from Netbattle, I am pretty certain that is not possible.

Firestarter, tiger10x and I all have, or have had Netbattle before. The EVs can only be toggled such that you cannot exceed 255 EVs in each stat, and 510 in total. Look closer if you do not believe us.

Hp: 322 {venusaur}
Attack: 221
Defense: 223
Speed: 217 Male Lv.100
Sp.Attack: 257
Sp.Def: 257
Type 1: Grass
Type 2: Poison

Those seem to be the stats of a Venusaur rather than EVs. You might want to read this guide to help you with EVs: http://psypokes.com/lab/evguide.php
