D.J. stopped and let go of Dave. Eirika's voice meant 'Stop or I'm going to hurt you'...

He turned back to Levin. "Blaziken...?"

"Obviously he knows him, D.J. Now, back here." Eirika pointed to the ground. D.J. walked back to her, and stood behind her.

"I do know him, but he's not with me."

As it stands now, no one in Midnight is with me...

"As to what he's doing here, I can't tell. Don't hurt him, but that doesn't mean we have to stick with him either. What business do you have in Mossdeep, kid? I hope you're not following me. I'm not planning to go back to Midnight any time soon."

If ever. They're all maggots and/or lunatics, and actually, I'm starting to like Mossdeep. Besides, they all must think I'm a traitor. I have no more business with Midnight as it stands...

Leaning back on the bed, Serra closed her eyes for a moment and put her hands over her face. It was getting rather confusing..

((Alright, let me get this straight - Ghost's been sent to the naughty corner, Sven's got my Pokemon and stuff - among which are probably the jewel from Magil and the watch from Allan? -and he's standing at the door. Magil is.. is he back yet? Or not? I'll have to check up on that one ... Ok he didn't say. Let's assume he's back in the room with me by now. As for what's happening in Mossdeep, I don't know and quite frankly don't really care I mean, I don't need to know what's happening over there. Ok, I think I'm on top of things again.

Opening her eyes as Damean returned, she heard a knock on the door.

"Come in." she called. Hopefully, it would be the guy who went to get her Pokemon.

"Huh?" Eirika looked over at Levin. I wasn't planning on hurting anyone--except D.J. over here for almost scorching the kid--and what's this talk of not going back to Midnight? I'm confused...

you guys are always so confusing. Like why do we have traitors. Midnight is going down unless our boss can do something.So They should just let me go. "well thanks for letting me go." Dave looks up and around. "I have one question. Are midnight and psyche allies or foes. Also I'm here for Levin, I saw him hurt, I thought i could help. Look one more thing, I'm not here to cause trouble, I'm a good person inside, I'll help anyone in need." Dave's umbreon stops growling and looks happy.

"Up until about an hour ago when Serra was shot, I thought Midnight and Psyche were enemies, but now Serra's most likely back in a Midnight hospital...Hey, I'm as confused as you are, alright?"

"well then i guess uh.... your right." Dave looks at umbreon. So psyche isn't our enemy or is that what they want me to think. "can i hang with you guys, Its so boring around midnight." Umbreon looks confused at Dave. "why that look?"

Did I say something wrong? he wondered, looking at the confused look on Eirika's face. Never mind.

"Hmph. For the most part I can't help you either Dave. I'm not so sure how things stand between Midnight and Psyche anymore... If only because I'm here and this girl is helping me out instead of shooting me down like Ghost did to that Psychian. So I'm confused about that too. One thing I'm sure of, though: you don't need to come for me, I'm not planning on going back to Blackthorn. That place is more of an asylum right now than Mossdeep is. And my injury is taken care of, too. You're in dangerous ground all by yourself though. This is still the enemy's turf for you, you attacked the Psychians headon before, so it's not safe for you here now. Whether you can stay or not is not my call. It's hers."

Grrr Why does eveyone consider me weak and that I can't take care of myself. Dave picks up a pokeball. "i'm not going to blackthorn Either, everyone hates me there. I'll do what I want when I want. I an't no little kid."

"Nobody's saying you're weak. Though, my Blaziken may differ with that..."

"Blaziken!!"

"well no duh, He hasn't faced me yet. So can I stay?"

Ghost was in shock. His own boss was telling him to go to the holding cell when he had just done what any good member would have done. Honestly, he was outraged. He took the gun responsible out of his jacket pocket and held it loosely, feeling it's wait. How could he do this...? I just did... I just did what any member would have done for the leader.

Ghost gripped the gun tightly, breathed in deeply, and swung the door to the ward wide open. With surprising agility he used his cane to tip the chair on which Damean was sitting, sending the leader sprawling on the ground, and lifted his gun. "I... I only did... what was right. And once again... once again I will do the right thing, and you will understand. You must understand." Ghost turned the weapon and aimed it at Serra. This time he would not miss.

At this sudden scream Ghost had fired. The bullet shot out of the gun and thudded into Serra's pillow, which sent a little puffs of feathers into the air. Ghost ried to fire again but the gun just clicked. He swore and pressed a button, causing the magasine to fall out, and he retrieved a secong one from his coat.

((Time to god-mode! Don't worry, it won't be much!))

Serra screamed as she heard the gun go off and flinched as the bullet hit her pillow. "SVEN!!!" she cried again, just as a flash and a roar sounded from outside the room. The door burst open and a Pokemon stood in the doorway, glaring at Undead.

"Sound, stop him!" Serra shrieked. Stumbling out of the bed, she ran to Magil and hid behind him, her hands on his arms.

The Pokemon let out a blood-chilling cry and charged at Undead, lifting up a paw, which was glowing brilliant blue. With another cry, it leapt into the air and aimed its glowing paw straight at Undead's face.

"Correct me if I'm wrong. If "you do what you want when you want and you ain't a kid", why are you asking permission?"

Seriously now. Don't grow dependant of others... it's the best way to come out losing.

"I still don't get it though. You have done nothing against Midnight's rules of conduct, you hate Psyche as much as the next Midnightian... what's in it for you to stay here?"

Without really waiting for an answer, Levin started to walk away. He needed to clear his mind about a lot of things: his so called alliegeance to Midnight, the righteousness of his interference in Ghost's attack, and about this Eirika girl. Why he grew so fond of her in such a short time he couldn't tell, and that was starting to scare him.

"That's exactly what I was thinking..." Eirika said.

Wonder what this is all about...Gah, my mind's going nuts...a Midnight wanting to stay in their enemy's territory? Now I'm really confused...

Levin you miserable weakling... what's happening to you? You never cared about people in the first place... you're growing soft, you know you mustn't.

Worms relate with worms; they're all in the same ground. But you're superior; You're better than any one in Team Magil & Maggots. They're all weaklings...

"Regardless... That term of comparison is no longer adequate; I'm not going back there. I don't agree with our team's activities, I don't like our Leader nor the Executives. They're all pathetically weak. Besides, they never did give me the respect I deserve... I'm better than all of them and they make me a grunt? Not only that... I'm growing to like Mossdeep and.... its people..."

Eirika? Please! You only met her some hours ago! And she's a Psychian!

After having walked for a while, Levin found himself... hopelessly lost.

Crap. Mossdeep is bigger than I thought at first...

And now th--hey, where'd that kid go? Eirika looked around, but couldn't see Levin anywhere. It's kinda hard to get lost on an island, but I guess it's possible... she thought as she walked off in a random direction. She figured Levin wandered off and got lost...

Now what, Midnight has nothing for me, Psyche has nothing. Both of those people don't want me. So what do I do. Dave walks in a random Direction for hope to find something.

"My guess would that's the Space Center... Too crowded."

His shoulder decided to give him a reminder.

"Argh!.. Crap..."

He reached for the prescription. Hmph. Maybe I should go pick the painkillers up but.. I have no idea where the damn pharmacy is... and I don't need them anyway. It doesn't hurt that much..., he deeply tried to convince himself.

"But I feel so dizzy... and tired... I think I could use a break. And come to think of it, I have nowhere to go anymore... so I have plenty of time..."

He sit under a tree and fell asleep under its shade, still holding the prescription, exhausted.

Sven heard Serra's shout, but it took him a moment to recognize the luxury ball and press the release button. Darn fancy trainers, using balls other than the normal ones... One of Serra's pokemon, Sound, popped out, and immediately rushed to the door, and slammed it open, just as a shot rang out. Oh God, I hope that's not Ghost again. It was. Sven rushed in after the pokemon, just in time to see it hit Ghost upside the head, knocking him unconcious. Ghost crumpled to the floor, while Serra cowered behind Magil. "Um... Here's the rest of your pokemon, and the luxury ball, and some other personal effects of yours, including a jewel and a watch. Your uniform wasn't in there; they probably disposed of it already, given how much of a mess it must have been from the surgery and gunshot wound. I think Midnight can supply you with some clothes when you need them, but right now I'd suggest you get back to bed; this whole... incident can't be good for your wound. Sir, what happened with Ghost? Should I take him to the infirmary... or the brig?"

((And yes, you're right, it shouldn't be a brig, but darn it, it sounds better calling it that than anything else.))

If I were lost, where would I be...lessee...the space center's about the best place to look. She began walking towards the Space Center.

A few moments later (After having no luck at the space center), she spotted Levin. Figured as much...what's that paper he's holding? She walked over and gently took the prescription out of Levin's hand.

Better take this to the pharmacy...I figured they gave him one...

Cassie was in her office again, and inputing data into the computer. She casually swung a cross-shaped device on her finger, and typed on the computer,
Trozei Beamer arrived today. Its a cool device. I plan on using it in case some of those Midnights decide to ambush us. ((Just for the record, she doesnt really mean this. Its just a fury-induced sarcastic remark.)) I might practice on my Pokemon occasionally... She said, "Twinkle, time to go into the PC." She deposited Twinkle, and withdrew her Grovyle, which she had refused to evolve. "Grov!" it cried. Despite being unevolved, it was quite powerful. Stroking it gently, she said to it, "Come on, we have something important to do." He nodded, and after Psy and Night arrived, she returned the others, and teleported her, Grovyle, and Psy to a spot where she could be alone. She swung her hand gracefully, and manekins and targets came out of nowhere. Trees, the ground, the rocks, everywhere.
"You two know what to do." Cassie let them practice training, and then walked over to a nearby tree. Leaning against it, she whistled in a low voice. The bushes rustled, and a Manectric came out.
"Hi, Discharge." Cassie said this quietly. Noone knew about this Pokemon except her. ((This particular one, not the species.)) It lifted its face, showing the many scars, and Cassie pulled out a Sitrus berry from her bag. She ahd been secretly trying to heal it, and in return, when it was well, it would allow her to capture it.
