Who's that...bah, I'll find out...it's Dave. Again.

"Yeah, what?"

((It's an island - like Australia, except a bit .. ok, a lot smaller))

((Mossdeep's in the ocean, like CF said. My best guess is it's about as big as Hawaii (The island of Hawaii's about a mile long; Mossdeep may be a bit smaller/bigger)))

Eirika waited for Dave to reply, but when he didn't after a while, she decided to find out herself why he was here.

He wants...to ask me...for him to join Psyche..?

<If this is about joining Psyche, then it'd be better to ask in the morning. I'm not that awake yet, and besides, you'd have to be approved by both leaders before becoming a full member...now, if you don't mind...>

She turned back to the window.

how did she know? Dave turns around and goes to find a room for himself. So, What now?

Damean sighed, "I have no intention to hurt Eirika, I've nothing against Psyche, my team for some reason believes that Psyche's our sworn enemy, it's a weird mess I plan to fix it..." Damean sighed, "I wanted to check on you Levin, that's all, it's a shame you hate Midnight now, I had something to give you..." Damean walked out and hopped onto his motorcycle, and left Lilycove.

((Timewarping, I assume? Levin and Eirika already left the hospital, but if it's a timewarp, then no matter ^_^))

I don't hate Midnight Magil... But that place no longer has anything to offer me.

"Nightfall. I better get some sleep myself."

Looking at the motel from outside, Levin decided not to enter. Not my type of thing, having to pay for something as simple as sleeping. Besides, I don't want to disturb Eirika, and sleeping near her... Well I reckon I wouldn't be able to sleep much, he thought with a smile.

He found a large tree near the motel and fell asleep under it.

((yet again. obsession with trees, not healthy at all...))

((Should we warp to morning? Not much people can do while they're asleep, apart from dream...))

Eirika's mind was finally calming down as she slept. Oddly, no nightmares bothered her either...

((Well you know me. I'm all for warping. Erm... never mind.))

Levin had a quiet slumber once in a long time; but it was morning already, and he didn't like to oversleep. Not that he had anywhere to go, but he wouldn't want to wake up after Eirika God knows why.

Hm, I might consider coming here more often for a nap...

He entered the motel and waited by Eirika's door; she'd wake up when she felt like it, but he didn't have anything better to do. Except, perhaps, taking a bath, but since he would probably have to pay for that too...

((Okay then.))

...? Morning? Already?

Eirika sat up in the bed. Ugh. They need better curtains...or a dimmer on the sun.

A few moments later she walked over to the door, opened it, and jumped back upon seeing Levin. "You scared me...ai..."

"Oh come on, I'm not that ugly. Good morning to you too" he said with a grin. "Got some rest this time, or do we have to stop somewhere else today for another nap?" he added teasingly.
"Oh, by the way, I already payed your... our stay."

"Thanks...and good morning to you too." Eirika said, walking out of her room.

"Well...do we want to stay here for a while or go back to Mossdeep?"

"We have no idea... I did some thinking last night and came across an interesting confusion: ever since I quit Midnight all I've been doing is follow you around. A Psyche Leader. I'm sure you're worried about Psyche, so we could go back to Mossdeep to check on things; come to think of it... There's no place I'm needed anymore. So I guess we could go back to Mossdeep, perhaps... perhaps I can stay there for a while if it's okay with the Psychians to have a former Midnightian walking around."

"Alright then...all I need to do here is pick up my Pokemon, but I doubt Lairi'll be able to travel. She'll have to stay here." That reminded Eirika of something...

"How're we supposed to get back to Mossdeep? I don't have any Pokemon that can surf apart from a Dewgong I'm pretty sure won't be able to hold two people, and I can't teleport for a while unless I want my head to explode." she said the last part sarcastically. "But once we get back there...I'm pretty sure that my team won't mind."

"Hm... I believe Cail could take two people... If not, one could take the Dewgong and the other one could ride your Flygon."

Oh yeah right; it'll be one heck of a warm welcome...

"Oh, one thing... when we get there, make sure you get the story right in case anybody asks: you helped me out once when my shoulder was slightly injured and from then on I saved your life countless times. Isn't that right?" he asked with a faint smile.

Eirika laughed softly. "Yeah, I guess..."

She went into the Pokecenter to pick up her Pokemon that had been left there, except for her Blaziken and Gardevoir--she couldn't bear to see them injured--and left. She then let Cail outside.

"Do you think you can carry both of us to Mossdeep...?"
He nodded, then kneeled down so they could get on. Eirika did so, then motioned for Levin to do the same.

Levin hesitated, but sat on Flygon's back.

"Just hum... ask him to fly slowly, okay? No! Fast, real fast. No... hum... very slowly... oh... never mind... let's just go..."

Levin closed his eyes shut and involuntarily grabbed Eirika's hand with a strong grip.

"Alright then, Cail. Mossdeep."

Cail lifted off of the ground, then began flying to Mossdeep, but slower than usual.

"So I take it you're afraid of heights, Levin? That'd explain a lot..."

"Who, me?" he asked without even opening his eyes "No idea why you say that... Well, I might be a little uncomfortable at higher altitudes. ... ... ... Oh what the hell. I'm terrified. So are we there yet?!"

And what exactly would that explain, anyway?...

"Serra? Goodness, you need some painkillers, at least. Well, if you've got Magil's Dragonite, then I suppose we ought to return it to him, shouldn't we. Hang on a second, and I'll get some stuff taken care of." Sven turned away, and spoke into his communicator. A few minutes later, a Midnight grunt came out to where the two were standing, and said to Sven, "Sir, here are the painkillers you requested from the pharmacy, and the other piece of equipment. The building's close to collapse on that one wing, but it's been evacuated, so it's probably fine for now." Sven motioned for Serra to take two of the pills the grunt had given him, saying, "Here, these will hold off any aftereffects that are still lingering, and should also give you back some energy as well. And in the meantime, I think I know where Magil is, and then by deduction what he's doing there. He just left lilycove, that much I know by his Midnight locator/emergency transmitter. I suspect that he's trying to prevent a conflict between our teams, as a result of... recent events. I'm sure you'd like to prevent that too, and while I'm not a huge fan of Psyche, I don't see why we have to work against each other to try to achieve the same goals. So, let's go find our Glorious Leader, and help him out in whatever way we can. I'll take my own pokemon, and you can follow on Magil's Dragonite. He'll take good care of you, and you can get some rest while we're flying." Sven returned his Steelix, and sent out his Charizard, Nick, and hopped on, waiting for Serra to follow suit.

After a few minutes, Cail landed on the Mossdeep beach near Eirika's hideout.

"We're here...you can stop squishing my hand now...thank you."

Levin swiftly jumped off Cail's back, his legs shaking.

"Hum. Right. Calm down Levin. Well Eirika, what now? Sorry I can't make any decisions right now, I'm still a bit.... shaken."
