Well, here's what I had in mind. Most people doubt smeargles because they have low stats. However, in double battles, it is easy to get around that.
First, before you bring smeargle in, set up a reflect and/or light screen for some defense. Then bring in this duo:
@Soul Dew
N-Bold/Calm (+def -att/+sp def -att)
A-levitate
EVs: 252 Spd, 129 Def, 129 Sp. Def

I initially thought Shedinja would be good because of all those immunities, then I found it had just 1 hp the whole way. Still, I thought this one would be interesting.
@ Anything really, just don't waste Lefties or Bells
-Toxic
-Protect
-Endure
-Swagger
Protect and Endure both lose effectiveness in turns, so they can work together. Toxic would allow the wearing down of opponents, though I'd have liked to put in WoW as well. Swagger just to get the opponent to damage him/herself

For Pikachu, it can't learn both Encore and Surf on the same set. Surf is from some special thing and Encore is an Egg move, and either way, special things and Egg moves don't mix. If you used HP Grass for Surf, it could work out.
On Lapras, I can test it once I get around to doing Moltres, too.
Regarding the double battle pairs, I'd rather not get into starting something like it at the exact moment. It would need a little setting up to do if we're going to do it. I'm not against it, I just don't feel like jumping right into something new without organizing it the right way first.
And Shedinja, the Protect to Endure combo doesn't work. Shedinja's also usually used to have something like a Toxic set, so it's not very creative either.

Hmmmm you're right there tiger10x, I should've thought of the legality of that Pikachu before I posted... ....and yes sNOwBaLL, the last time I was really active was back in secondary school, what... three or four years ago? But now I have access to the Web again I guess I'll become something of a regular.

Regarding the 2v2 Teams, we also kinda disregard Smeargles, because Smeargles can learn every single move, and therefore there isn't anything that can really be classified as "creative" for Smeargle. I'm glad you shared your strategy in the Smeargle Discussion Thread though
Anyway, nice to hear that, Gungnir. Hope to see you posting more often =)

Okay, I've tested Moltres and Lapras.
Moltres did pretty well. It was a little difficult to start the process over again unless if you had a Substitute up already. Good enough for HoF, I'd say. I'll get around to adding the set that worked best, which is similar to the suggestions I made earlier.
Lapras is just too inaccurate and only got to take down two enemies. It was pretty much as I expected.

None of those are creative. I've seen all of those more times than I can count.*
*Except Gorebys, Lanturn, Machamp, Cradily and Shandslash who I never see used.

Er, there is a limit of posting two movesets per post. You shouldn't post more than two movesets until both have been commented on.
I have looked through all your movesets, but I'm afraid none are creative enough. They are all varied versions of existing standard/common movesets at best. Were you mistaken that this thread is a place for Trainers to group together to share battling and moveset strategies? Because it isn't, this is more like a deeper level of strategising that involves the creation of non-standard movesets, hence the term "Creative Movesets".
Nonetheless, I look forward to your participation again =)

I'm not quite sure if this has been posted yet, but I tried this out and its quite effective
(F) @ Leftovers ** PARRATTRACT
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 124 Def / 132 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Screech
- Swagger
- Thunder Wave
Swagger, then Screech away. This only works if your opponent doesn't switch. The EVs are spread to keep Lanturn lasting longer. You can try a Dugtrio, but that lacks in defense.
Alternatives to this include
Umbreon - Swagger / Screech / Mean Look / Wish
Muk - Taunt / Swagger / Screech / Sludge Bomb
It's quite fun watching your opponent die from confusion at 100%.

This idea sounds familiar. Anyway, it's likely that the foe will switch before you can manage to cause much damage through Swagger+Screech, so I think Umbreon will be your best bet, since the foe can be trapped using Mean Look. Probably good enough for testing, but I'll wait for a second opinion.

Is that moveset even that creative anymore? No offense, but it became hugely popular after the release of Stadium 2 due to the screech/confusion startegy being that of Karen's umbreon.

It would be sufficiently creative if it was used on Pokemon like Lanturn, because that strategy isn't used often, if at all, on Lanturn. However, Lanturn's inability to trap the foe means it might not work. I know I suggested the use of Umbreon instead, and you've rightly pointed out that this makes it less creative, hence I think I'll wait for second opinion from Skytune or tiger10x. Thanks for the info; it's always great to have feedback.

I would say it's creative enough; the only problem I would see would be if it works. Also, why IceBeam and not Surf? Just curious, but it looks like it could work. I can test it today or tommorrow.
EDIT: I tired the Lanturn today. It worked pretty well. The worst was on Shufflers (Skarmory was the worst) but on tanks it was awesome! Especially Calmcunes. The problem is that the opponent simply switches pokemon; but then the next pokemon would be Screeched, and Swagger would confuse them. I didn't get any deaths by confusion however. I don't think this one makes it quite into the HoF, but it came mightly close. It simply wasn't good enough at KOing opponents. If someone else wants to test it and refute me, be my guest. I won't be able to re-test this weekend. It might work well in a double-battle, or on the recieving end of a MeanLook BP. As an idividual, however, it just didn't work. It would be awesome against a computer however; people just switch too much.

Watch out for Substitute / Soundproof / Switching with this set. It's such as shame that no poke learns the Fake tears / Flatter combo.
And I've never seen this combo used on NB much, and I don't have Stadium2 so I wouldn't know.
Btw; was Psypoke offline yesterday?
EDIT: Ice beam covers grass and ground. (A bit late, but yeh...)

It's ok, I trust your judgment on this Skytune. I'll add the set into the HoF later.
And yes, the forums were down for maintenance yesterday, DP.

I've finally thought up something that should be seen as genuinely
original, it took me AGES to think this set up. I present to you....
(Drum Roll)
@Leftovers
Focus Punch
Leech Seed
Teeter Dance
Substitute
Awesome if you bring it out in a sandstorm. 100% confusion, Leech
Seed and Leftovers, heightened evasion with Sand Veil, Subpunching...
This is an absolute female dog to take down if used correctly

Well it's been awhile since I was in here, Anyway I'm not sure if this is exactly creative or not,
@ Leftovers
Adamant Nature
EVs - 252 Atk, 252 Spd - 6 HP/Defense/Special Defense
Swords Dance
Earthquake
Brick Break/Aerial Ace/Return
HP Rock/Rock Tomb
Most people I believe use Sceptile as a Special Sweeper, so this one could catch a couple people offguard. HP Rock/Rock Tomb take care of Flying, Bug and Ice pokemon and EQ takes care of Fire and Poison pokemon. The third move is optional, I just listed a couple that could work.
It's attack stat isn't too much different that it's Special Attack, only around 40 points different, but Swords Dance will take care of that.

The PP-waster strategy isn't unheard of. I have seen Dusclops using this strategy before. However, it is rare that people will use Mewtwo for such a strategy, so the Mewtwo one can be tested I guess. Regarding the Cacturne, it's an interesting variation of an Annoyer set, and is creative enough for testing imo. Last but not the least, the Sceptile. I agree Sceptile isn't used much as a Physical Sweeper, so it sounds fine.
Before testing... any second opinions, tiger10x?

Nice to see you back, RL. =P
Anyway I've come up with something else.
@ Lefties / Quick Claw
Adamant or Jolly | Levitate
Swagger
Psych Up
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Swagger away then use Psych Up, since I don't think Claydol can learn Swords Dance. Then Earthquake them to bits and in case of Flyers (or a 2v2 in which you'll hit your partner), use Rock Slide.

The strategy itself doesn't matter much regarding it being creative. It doesn't have to be a totally new strategy, but it should at least be different than what the Pokemon is usually used for.
Anyway with Claydol, the Swagger-Psych Up combo is much harder to get working that you might think. First of all, you're open to attacks while you take the turns to get what you want. There's also the chance that the opponent switches after Swagger. And lastly, there's always the chance that your opponent might have a Lum Berry or snap out of confusion quickly and just take you down from a powered up attack. Thus, I doubt it would do too well, but it could be tested.
I can get around to testing these soon, so unless Skytune would like test some, I could do them all.

I can't test it, but the claydol set works quite well. Claydol's naturally high defenses can usually withstand even a Blizzard or HydroPump. It's mightly similar to that Registeel set I tested for sNOw, but I think it should work. Sorry I'm not able to test at the moment. I might be able to Monday.
