Thinking of a team I might make on yellow:
Gyrados
Hyper Beam
Surf
Flamethrower
Headbutt
Arcanine
Dig
Body Slam
Flamethrower
Fire Spin
Exeggutor
Leech Seed
Psychic
Reflect
Selfdestruct
Lapras
Surf
Ice Beam
Body Slam
Thunder Bolt
Chansey
Thunder Wave
Softboiled
Seismic Toss
Minimize
Aerodactyl
Earthquake
Hyper Beam
Rock Slide
Wing Attack
Oh and before your head blows off, hyper beam is based on the glitch where you don't have to recharge on a KO. May take out one of the waters for Pikachu. What do you think?

No need for Hyper Beam and Headbutt, replace one with something else... say Thunderbolt for example. Keep one, toss the other.
Arcanine
Dig
Body Slam
Flamethrower
Fire Spin
Good job on this one, if Fire Spin is for annoyance/trapping/dealing damage without taking it.
Exeggutor
Leech Seed
Psychic
Reflect
Selfdestruct
You might want Sleep Powder/Toxic on this one over Reflect, but it's up to you. Psychic will do good damage to most everything, so a grass attack isn't truly needed and it wouldn't help VS a bug anyway.
Lapras
Surf
Ice Beam
Body Slam
Thunder Bolt
A good job on this set, nothing I can change here for the better.
Chansey
Thunder Wave
Softboiled
Seismic Toss
Minimize
Nothing wrong here, just watch out for Stomp (unless that was added later, in which case you're good to go).
Aerodactyl
Earthquake
Hyper Beam
Rock Slide
Wing Attack
Umm... dude? Areodactyl can NOT learn Rock Slide. Thought I'd let you know. Replace with Whirlwind/Supersonic, they're the only good moves it can still learn in RBY.
Just realized the rest of your post. If you want a Pikachu, then make sure you have a good set :
Thunderbolt
Thunderwave
Quick Attack/Swift/Slam
Agility/Light Screen/Reflect
Pretty variable. If you do decide to drop a water for Pika, then I'd suggest Lapras, Gyarados has much better stats.

So true. I'm going to report this in Viridian Forest... well, at least we have found the glitch. I knew Aero couldn't learn it because in the GSC days, everyone was yelling how Lance was a Gamesharker because he had a Rock Slide Aerodactyl. Lol.
EDIT: D'oh, beat me to it. Lol.

So does your attitude. Make a better Pokedex if you can. And look again in the thread in Viridian Forest; if I'm not wrong Aerodactyl can learn Rock Slide in RBY, but via the NYC PC, and not by level-up or TMs.

Ohh... I didn't know that... because I was sure it couldn't... well, if you have access to that, then keep it .
Since when does Lance go to NYC PC?

Couldn't resist saying that, could you? Then again, I'd have probably said that too 8D.
Anyway, in RBY it doesn't realy matter because there are so many glitches. Plus it's your game, so we don't really care. Just don't plan on ever using that Aerodactyl in a Nintendo Event. Ever. Not even that game. They'll catch you and you'll be kicked out.
Yes, let's get back on topic, shall we?

If you are using a cheating device to cheat, then yes you are a cheat, a cheating cheat to be precise.

It's fine with me if you prefer serebii's Pokedex, but please do not make a scene here and claim that the Psydex sucks, especially if you do not have substantial evidence to prove your claims. Serebii's Dex might have 386 different pages for all the Pokemon, but here at Psypoke it's quality over quantity. A template is used for all 386 Pokemon, and the server fills in the specific information and images for each Pokemon using the same template, each time you visit a Psydex entry. It's more efficient that way.

Actually, I find the Psydex much better than the Serebiidex. You could do that, in which case you would go:
Pikachu
- Thunderwave
- Thunderbolt
- Surf
- filler
Last move is variable... there are plenty of choices. Some are cut off if you can't trade and breed in GSC. Wait, iirc you can't breed Surf Pikachu and still have Surf. So yeah, last move doesn't truly matter. Maybe Quick Attack/Swift?

Here's my team (just before the E4) and movesets. Can you please also rate my choice of Pokemon?
Lv. 50 Charizard
Cut (I used to have cut anytime, so I teach it to 006 although I know this is not wise)
Earthquake
Flamethrower
Fire Blast
True that it isn't wise. If you're done with the game, trade to GSC and delete Cut, teaching it Strength or Body Slam instead. Flamethrower and Fire Blast isn't smart either, delete one for Wing Attack or Fire Spin (for annoyance).
Lv. 44 Raichu
Mega Kick
Thunderbolt
Thunderwave
Thunder
Don't need Thunderbolt and Thunder, replace Thunder with Surf if you can. If you can't, then replace it with Quick Attack or Double Team. Raichu's RBY movepool isn't great.
Lv. 50 Arcanine(I simply like Arcanine so i use it although there are already a fire-type Charizard)
Bite
Dig
Flamethrower
Skull Bash
You don't need another fire type on this team. If you want to keep it, however, it is your choice and I'll edit its moveset for the better. Firstly, you don't need Bite and Skull Bash, choose one. I'd go Bite because of the need to wait a turn for Skull Bash. Replace Bite with Body Slam and replace Skull Bash with something random, there isn't much else it can learn. Agility, maybe, to raise it's already high speed to unstoppable heights. Your choice for that move.
Lv. 42 Gyarados
Surf
Blizzard
Hydro Pump
Dragon Rage
Please, don't use Dragon Rage. Replace with Thunderbolt. And replace Hydro Pump with Flamethrower, you don't need Surf and Hydro Pump. Ice Beam would be preferable over Blizzard. I wouldn't suggest making it a Phys. Sweeper, it doesn't learn too many good Physical attacks in RBYG.
Lv. 41 Kabutops
Slash
Ice Beam
Surf
Mega Kick
No need for Mega Kick and Slash, I'd suggest chucking Mega Kick for something else, like Submission for a Fighting attack.
Lv. 55 Dragonite
Surf
Body Slam
Hyper Beam
Thunder
You do not need both Body Slam and Hyper Beam on the same pokemon. Unless you're sure that Hyper Beam will KO the pokemon, and therefore take advantage of the "no recharge after Hyper Beam KOs" glitch, then go with Body Slam. I'd suggest going either entirely Spec. Sweeper or Phys. Sweeper.
Spec: Surf/Thunderbolt/Flamethrower/Ice Beam
For that you'd have to trade to GSC and use the Tutor for moves.
Phys: Body Slam/Wing Attack/Thunder Wave/filler
You'd have to trade to GSC and level up to lvl 55 iirc to learn Wing Attack.
If you don't like either of those, you can mix and match the moves.
If you're right before the elite four, I'd suggest training all of your pokemon to at least 52, and obviously Dragonite will stay at 55. Hope I helped you
Magic Umbreon, a few things I need to point out:
1) Even with Blizzard's higher average power, that 10% can hit you when it is a really bad time, and even still, Ice Beam has a lot more PP, so it is a better choice in the long run.
2) Gyarados has almost no good Physical attacks in RBY, which is why most RBY players tend to use it as a Spec. Sweeper, despite the 25 base power difference between the Attack and Sp. Attack stats. And, as stated above in my review, Hyper Beam is only useful in RBY if you exploit the "KO = no recharge" glitch. Plus, you forgot to mention the 90% accuracy and 5 PP of Hyper Beam, as opposed to the 100% acc. and the 15/20 of Headbutt and Strength.
That's my two cents.

You can't EVOLVE pikachu!!!!
Raichu is evil. Completly. That's why Ash didn't evolve his. Pikachu is cool.

Instead of Thunder, try Seismic Toss (or Surf if you have Stadium). If you have another RBYGSC, trade and evolve.
Lv.93
Hydro Pump
Surf
Skull Bash
Earthquake
Blizzard over Hydro Pump
{charizard} Lv.98
Flamethrower
Fire Blast
Fly
Cut
Swords Dance over Cut, and Slash over one of the fire moves. (Trade to GSC to get rid of HMs)
{venusaur} Lv.87
Solarbeam
Razor Leaf
Sleep Power
Earthquake
Hyper Beam over Solarbeam. Since this is in game, Swords Dance might be hard to get if you already used it.
{rhydon} Lv. 88
Fissure
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Surf
Sub over Surf, maybe even Submission.
Lv.88
Body Slam
Rest
Double-Edge
Hyper Beam
Self Destruct over Hyper Beam is an option, but this is pretty good otherwise.
I remember I made this team when I was like 7-8 so please don't be too harsh .

Exeggutor
Psychic
Mega Drain
Toxic
Leech Seed
Dragonite
Hyper Beam
Fly
Agility
Ice Punch
Chansey / Beedrill
Thunder Wave / Twineedle
Softboiled / Poison Sting
Seismic Toss / Agility
Minimize / Hyper Beam
Lapras
Thunderbolt
Surf
Ice Beam
Body Slam
Rhydon
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Substitute
Counter
Gengar
Thunderbolt
Psychic
Fire Punch
Ice Punch / Lick
This is a rainbow team I was planning. Beedrill and Gengar's Lick weaken the team but give it a move of every type. A nice novelty, but as Beedrill's stats, Lick and Poison Sting are awful it does not add to the strategy.
The rainbowish strategy is to hit with a wide variety of pok
