OK. Since it seems the OP is long gone, I'm going to take over. I heard this riddle a long time ago. Let me rephrase it for you:
A blind man, blind from birth, walks into a bar. Upon hearing the specials, he orders the seagull. Once he gets his food, he takes one bite, and kills himself. Why?

Because he got a labatomy?
Because the waiter controlled his mind and made him jump out the window?
Because he was drunk?
Because he hated his life and wanted to end it?
Sorry, I'm practicaly stumped on this riddle.

No, no, no, and no.

Depending on the version of the riddle you've heard, yes. In this case, for simplicity, yes.

No. The seagull was real seagull.

i think it would really help if u guys stuck to more basic yes/no questions which is how the game is really played.
ask questions like was the man in good health at the time. answer: yes/no
INSTEAD of ludicrous ones ur doing now like:
Because he got a labatomy?
dont try to go directly for the answer but get more fundamental answers first before tackling the more advanced ones. its like climbing the branches of a tree. dont start by jumping for a 20ft. leaf...

Yes. The man is dead. It was intentional. It was seagull.

I know this is probably lame, but did the man think that since it was a "sea"gull he would be able to regain his sight if he ate it? Was he so depressed when it didn't work that he jumped?
