Due to the fact that the general public has finally realized that sending ten year olds out into the world adventuring by their lonesome is NOT the best idea, the decision has been made to send the new trainers out in groups of about ten or so. One of the first groups sets off, and faces all the challenges that can be expected from a group of that age. As an added complication, teams Aqua AND Magma have declared war against the system, for reasons not entirely known. Team Rocket may make an appearance, due to their ever growing presence in the region. However, because their rivals are against it, they have declared that they will go out of their way to protect the new groups.

Personality: Alana is insecure about herself, especially her appearance, even though she is a pretty girl. She's turned shy because of how many people used to pick on her at school for being albino.

Ella woke up early that morning, excited. She dressed, ate breakfast and impatiently waited until eight in the morning before rushing over to Professor Birch's lab. "Professor!" she said, "Are the pokemon ready?"
Professor Birch turned and smiled. "Of course." he said, "And I've got yours already picked out. You get a Swablu." he handed her a pokeball.
Ella let out the pokemon with shaking fingers. Perched on her finger was an adorable bird pokemon with cottonball wings. "I'll call you Qtip." she announced. She turned to the professor. "She's perfect."
Prof Birch smiled. "Just wait for the others to show up." he said, "You can wait outside and play with your pokemon."
Ella nodded and rushed outside.

"Hey professor! Do you have my Ralts? Today is the day after all"

"Sure, here you go Nick! Ella is outside."

"Thanks professor!"

ok I edited my thing I really didn't see anything wrong with it but a misspelled word and my pokemon is now a sandshrew tell me if there is anything wrong

Alana woke up and turned off her alarm clock at 7 am. She then got up and dressed in the appropriate under garments, blue jean pants, sneakers, and a long sleeved blue hooded shirt that breathed. She put on her glasses and pull her hair out from under the hood so it flowed out the opening on either side of her neck. With a sigh she looked in the mirror thinking that she looked like an icicle except for her red eyes.

After the albino pre-teen ate breakfast and brushed her teeth, she grabbed her pre-packed back pack and left for Professor Birch's lab. Alana saw another girl outside, playing with a Swablu and her eyes were down cast immediately. She entered the lab avoiding the attention of the other girl and walked up to the Proffesor.

"Um," she began in a small nervous voice, "I'm supposed to get my Pokemon today?"

The professor smiled at her and grabbed a PokeBall from a shelf. "Here you go Alana, it's a Shelder. Take care of it. Oh!" He grabbed a book, "I thought you would want a book about them, I've been told how you like to know as much about whatever you deal with as you can."

She gave a sheepish smile as she accepted both with a small muttered 'thanks'. A deep red blush graced her cheeks, it would've been a light blush on anyone else since they weren't albino.

"Go on outside and play with it and the other girl, the one with the Swablu." The professor ushered her out of the lab with a grin.

Alana clutched both to her chest as she stood out infront of the lab, not sure of what to do.

Caroline woke up just in time. She ate breakfast, got dressed, then rushed down to Prof. Birch's lab.

"Hello, Prof.Birch!" Caroline said.
"Why, hello, Caroline!" Prof. Birch said, "I've got your pokemon for you right here! Just a second.... Ah, here it is!"
"What is it?" Caroline said curiously, opening the pokeball. A white, beutiful pokemon came out. "..An.. Absol!!!! I love it! Thanks you!" Caroline said, filled with joy. She walked out of professor Birch's lab.

Ella spotted Alana and Caroline and smiled. "Hey you two." she said, "So, you're part of the group then? I'm Ella."

Alana jumped a little at the girl talking to her. Hesitantly she turned to look at her, she smiled a tiny bit and said, "Alana, it's...nice to meet you." Her voice was small, like always. Being picked on about being albino all your life could do that to you.

"Hi.. I'm in the group. This is Absol,"Caroline said, petting her pokemon. "I like your hair..." Caroline said to the other girl, trying very hard not to offend her. She seemed very timid.
