My favorite book is "Whale talk" by Chris Cruther. It's so funny I found myself laughing out loud.
Second is "The Hobbit" by J.R.R. Tolkien.

Hmm. I loved Dune, I like Modesitt's stuff a lot, and Zahn's. And I can't forget LOTR. Hmm. xD It's a really tough pick.

I hate to read, but I'll pick up a good book every now & then.
Fav. book of all time? A Walk to Remember (ask me it's better than the movie).
Don't ever read the last chapter of a book before you read the rest of it. I did that a few weaks ago,
the girl died. What little I had read was good. But I've never picked it up
agin. I learned my lesson!!

its a tie between the Otherland Series by Tad Williams, The LotR Series by JRR Tolkien, The Stand by Stephen King, and Alas, Babylon by Pat Frank.
I think Alas, Babylon wins, its just too great a novel.
